Impressive. But one thing. HOW THE FUCK DID MILRAM COME SECOND?!!!
Just to clarify... It was Caisse who came in second place not milram(It did seem very strange.. i'm not sure why i thought that).
2009 Top Tour rankings:
1st. BMC.......... 983pts
2nd. Caisse...... 679pts
2009 Superprestige rankings:
1st BMC.......... 14832pts 77wins
2nd Caisse...... 10612pts 46wins
24th Milram..... 2498pts 10wins(lol that more like it)
2010 is off to a good start for me with 11 wins(McGee, Lovkvist, Brambilla, and Lill with 2 each) by Feb 22nd.. Caisse(Valverde with 5) and Rock Racing (Van Heerden with 4) share second place with 6 wins each.

OK. That clears it up. But Rock Racing in the ProTour? That's cycling gone to the shits in your game then. |

Me too - its good to get quick and easy updates on how other people are doing with their careers!
Team Columbia - Season 2 Update
Tour of Malaysia
Mark Cavendish - Super Sprinter!!! - 4 stage wins, Points Jersey, Overall Winner! (He's already past his victory tally from last season!)
Sep Vanmarcke - 1 stage win, 2nd Overall
John Devine - 1 stage Win, 3rd Overall
Ok, so the competition wasn't exactly stiff - only 1 other PT in the race (Cofidis), only 8 teams in total - but a win is a win!
Next Up - Tour of California (Season Goal!) |

Team Columbia
A 1-2 on the last stage for Hincapie and Devine cemented a brilliant Tour of California for the team (see attachment for Hincapie crossing the line with Devine sprinting in the background).
Hincapie - Stage 8 win (breakaway), Overall win, Points Jersey
Devine - Stage 6 win (ITT), 2nd overall, Young riders jersey
Cavendish - Stage 3 win (Sprint)
Vanmarcke - Stage 5 win (Breakaway)
Wiggins - Stage 1 win (ITT)
5 stages out of 8 and all but the Mountain jersey - and most of all, an objective completed!

Paris - Nice
A relatively weak team due to the Tirreno Adriatico being a sponsor objective saw the following team results:
Wiggins - Stage 1 win (ITT)
Hincapie - 7th overall
Overall winner - Cadel Evans
Tirreno Adriatico (Sponsor goal - win)
This was going to be tough with the likes of Di Luca, Sastre, Kloden, Popovych, Valverde, Contador and Cunego all riding.....
Devine placed 4th on two stages, including a mountain-top finish in Stage 4, finishing 5th overall (failed objective!). the highlight was a solo breakaway victory for Boasson Hagen on the final stage.
Overall Top 5:
1) Popovych
2) Di Luca
3) Kloden
4) Sastre
5) Devine
So, 1 completed objective and 1 failed, but the team is 4th in the ProTour, and Cavendish is leading with 8 victories so I'm happy.
Next up - Classics season!

Good: There's a horrible sprinter leading out with his not much better teammate on his wheel, then third wheel is your own sprinter who is immensely better;
Better: Everyone else is too far behind to be able to contest the sprint;
Bad: Those three proceed to crash at 0.8kms to go and someone from behind wins;
Worse: It was a sure win, and the corresponding stage win, points and overall jersey leaderships would've been very good for such a small team;
Frustration: Sprinter gets injured in said crash. He's the only sprinter in the entire squad;

I just finished my first season with Auber 93 (didn't go quite well) but one result I remember was Sandy Casar finishing 3rd in the TdF with FDJ. He won the stage up to L'Alpe D'Huez and got a lot of minutes there. But still... |

I had a career with milram but had to delete it as i wanted to keep the sprinting team like in real life but the sponsors decided that my goals were to win the tour de france LBL and the dauphine. To me that was ridiculous and i have not played on pcm since Just seemed extremely silly! |

Why didn't you carry on? Sprinting is boring as fuck. Unless it was the first year, I would have carried on. I always try to build my team to a winning all kinds of races team. |
