This could save Kraftwerk's season, 6th in GC, 1st in KOM, 2nd on breakaway stage, 4th in Teams!
Congrats tastasol
Thanks for the reporting Marco

I always knew this season was going to be a challenge and I needed at least a couple of riders to over-perform but this race is the perfect example of the challenges we've faced.
Le Gac and Zingle finishing 27th and 28th in the GC is fairly respectable but Caruso down in 37th is a real killer, Fernandez the only other scorer in 56th. Then a handful of points in the Youth classification for Le Gac.
A total points tally here of just over 40 for 8 RD's is simply not good enough. It's going to be a tough off season for us but we'll sort it out!

Good result by Mohoric, what we needed really. A shame this race was so stacked with talent. The supporting cast was anonymous except for the awesome rider by Pernsteiner on stage 6.

Top 25 and 2nd in youth is good, but the stage results were very disappointing. Really worried about the next rankins now.
Thanks for the reports.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

3 stage wins, 5th place and points jersey, several days in GC-lead. I can live with that. Awesome race from TVG

Beltran finally showed something, which at least gave him one top 10 stage placing. Solid again from Vakoc, but Beltran's lack of performance is the major thing we "take" from this race, which hasn't been encouraging at all, to be honest.
Congratulations on a big win, tastasol! Also a great race for tsmoha and Bobridge, who proves his abilities once again, after a very good Volta a Portugal as well.
Thank you for great reporting from this race, Marcovdw! |

Good job on the reporting Marco, thanks!
I'm satisfied with the amount of points we got here. We'll just have to get used to Ginanni being a sub-top puncheur.
Congrats tastasol!

De Bie failed due to his manager being inactive I guess.
In a race where he should fight for the win/podium and started well, he then finished the 2nd half stages as if he was super injured...
Losing time again and again to finish 17th in GC is just not acceptable for a 83 hill puncheur.
Not sure what happened there but it`s points I really needed in the relegation fight that have been lost unnecessarily.
At least Thurau on the final day delivered some of the points lost. |
