Weylandt re-signs, De Weert and Allan Davis join Quickstep too.

Interesting with Davis, although not surprising that he joins Quick Step |

Same as everyone else, blood transfusions, growth hormone and all the types of EPO they can get away with.
A few corticosteroids as well, but there are few that they can get away with.
Being a sprinter doesn't have much to do with the drugs, really. It's mostly long efforts like climbing mountains and time trialling.
Which is why you see clean people right up there on the short climbs and then dying completely on longer ones *cough Kirchen cough*

Personally i get the impression that the drugs like EPO dont have as greater effect as they do on climbers. For instance 1996 Riis took EPO to win the tour. And Zabel took it and he said it made him worse and didnt do him good at all. |

on one hand, Petacchi was climbing fantastically, on the other hand, Petacchi was originally a climber.

there's no sarcasm in my post, I'm stating facts. On one hand, he had been climbing brilliantly for a sprinter, on the other hand he started his career as a climber.
