Training

I found this on the benelux forum:
first column is training level, then minimal fitness at that level, max fitness at that level, and fatigue per day you're getting
1 48 56 0
2 56 64 0
3 64 68 1
4 68 72 3
5 72 76 5
6 76 80 10

i think its some variables in it too so that your not guaranteed to be in form when you want to. dont know but think issoisso talked about somethign like that. however its the fatigue that is the problem fitness isn't

the fact that you can't hit 100 form just because you want to is A. more realistic and B. has nothing to do with fatigue. fatigue is separate Wink

Mads doesn't seen to have a problem with it in his story.

I'll have the game in 1 hour so then i'll see for myself.

Mads said that his riders are really tired and he is just finishing the Tour.

The 80 is the training level....the extra 20 is gained by racing....So you can have combined 100 of fitness level but max 80 of training

I think the problem is the constraints in training schedules, they must be reduced. In pcm07 i get my riders to 64 and 3 weeks before the peek i was targeting i started raising the amount of training till max. With the constraints you need 2 months to get 80 from 64 training form, it's 8 weeks, more the double of before!!!! That's the problem of faster fatigue.

I'm going to test a solution, a system of having riders in level 1 or 2 and 3 weeks before the targeted peek set the training to level 5, this way i hope to reduce the fatigue, jumping 2 levels, equivalent to 5 weeks. Of course if this results its the same of last year and i must set training during season, that's not the purpose of the new system.

How many points can you get before they get so tired that you cant peak your rider(s) anymore?

I have no idea (yet).
In my career a rider has filled up his fatigue bar for about 90%, but he can stil reach 100 fitness.

In my career, several riders have full fatigue and can still reach 100 fitness.

My test went bad because when i jumped two levels the fatigue increased even faster.

Looks like if you have a rider with 70's of training and low in racing fitness the fatigue increases faster.

Maybe decreases the morale... don't know, just a guess.

If the other riders are fatiguing the same way... does it really matter? Before you could manage your fitness and destoy the AI late in the year (like in my 07 highroad career where I won the Vuelta with Linus Gerdemann on hard with no decent support riders... because he was the only rider with good form).

Now... it seems like more of an even playing field. Everyone is tired late.

How is that bad?

I don't want to talk on Mads' behalf but i think he meant the riders race condition is deteriorating (as it should do after 3 weeks of Le Tour), not that they have high training fatigue.

The patch should fix this problem right? But when will it arrive?

Just out of curiosity... does the game have a "helper" plan that just hangs out at lvl 2 and 3 all season long? How long can you stay at lvl 3 before you can't stay at 68 fitness form any longer? Can you make it the entire season?
