Don't know if you still take suggestions, but here are two Asian riders that maybe could be added:

Fung(https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider...eason=2017) was second in the 2017 Tour of Fuzhou, finishing 2nd and 5th on the mountain top finishes. Other than that he has some good results in time trials.
Azman(https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider...eason=2018) is the best scoring Malaysian on cq at the moment. He was second at the Tour De Lombok, winning the mountain stage. In 2017 he won the Tour de Sengalor due to his win the opening stage which had a short and steep incline towards the end.
Don't know if you're still looking for potential talents to add in but I'll just bring up the following (I haven't suggested stats as I wouldn't have a clue where to begin sorry ):
Riccardo Minali, ITA, 1995. Is already in the DB but only as a Pot4 rider who is now 23 but won't grow past 76SPR. I'd recommend bumping him to Lvl2 or giving him more potential or giving him a higher starting SPR stat as he has picked up good results this season, especially in Langkawi.
Alex Aranburu, ESP, 1995. Also already in the DB but only as a rider who at most would reach about 72HIL with awful back up stats. I'd recommend bumping him up to be a slightly more useful domestique and potentially making him a more HIL dominated rider as he has shown a bit more this year including 5th in the Tour of Norway and 10th in Castilla y Leon.
Benjamin Thomas, FRA, 1995. Also already in the DB but deserves a reshuffle and upgrade of stats and potential. Now riding for Groupama, he has picked up some solid results over the last 2 years and did manage 3rd in the National ITT. His stats aren't too awful but a slight readjustment of his TT and maybe some better back ups would be nice.
Damien Touze, FRA, 1996. 6th last year at the World U23 RR and a whole host of other Top 10s in the last 2 seasons in various stages and classics. Looks to me like a half-decent sprinter who can go over a hill as well. Would only be added as someone who could become a fairly good domestique.
Benoit Cosnefroy, FRA, 1995. I'd say you'd have to give this guy a decent base to start with and also a good potential to work with. He did win the World U23 RR last year, finish 2nd in the EUR U23 RR and get results in all types of stages. Does most definitely seem to be a sort of fighter but he needs good back up stats and the potential to make him at least quite good at something in particular.
David Gaudu, FRA, 1996. Definitely a rider to look out for with the potential to do some great things for French cycling. Looks to be strong over the hills so would set him up in this way with a fairly high potential. Does look to be capable of doing fairly well in stage races as well as one-day classics.
Valentin Madouas, FRA, 1996. Also a good rider, this time more classics oriented than Gaudu. Would recommend he is also set up as Hills (so maybe change Gaudu?) but he doesn't look to be as big a talent.
Adam De Vos Already in the DB I am clown. Could potentially be added to Justin Oien instead, who's American and is already in the DB, unsigned tho. Somewhat same type of results it would seem. Potentially with a higher HI stat at the expense of something else.

Weird rider to place. Having won 3 races/stages all on breaks where he outsprinted the group, also only has won in 1.2 races, placed 2nd on a stage in Tour of California in 2016. Potentially downtone the FL stat a bit to boost Hills. Added in to the DB as level 2 since he is currently racing at PCT level this season with Rally. Maxed out using Fighter all the way. Could be made a sprinter too or a Puncheur, and has shown his skill on prologues but does not have the ability to perform on longer ITTs.
Former bronze medal winner in the Junior WC back in 2013. Added in with low base stats and pot 5 potential since he hasn't proven anything whilst riding for Axeon just yet. This is even more of a shot in the dark than De Vos but could be considered. Added in since Bookwalter is starting to decline and will be long gone. Might be too overlapping with the addition of Powless but a suggestion nonetheless. A lot of the Axxeon guys are still too young to be added to db and he is one of the few that could be added this year. Could become redundant with the addition of McNulty being a possibility next year, who is no doubt the greater TT'er of the two.
Could potentially be nice to see a slight buff to Jonathan(Johnny) Brown after he won the USA NC this year with a 45 second gap to Robin Carpenter on a flat course. Could potentially see him move into a classics rider after he got top 10 in the U23 Roubaix this year. Albeit 3 minutes down but best of the rest. As well as 14th in the u23 Liege.

I don't think that the states really need a cobbles rider but this is a suggestion and I made him with lower base stats but with 1 more pot compared to Hampus Anderberg who is also being added in this year. So they won't be identical riders since Anderberg has much better supports when maxed in his current state.
I think this was it for now. A lot of the US tour is yet to be raced and won't be in time for the races to matter in terms of the DB.
