Don't even get me started on British paperwork and red tape.
It's so bad, one police force has rebelled, and has refused to do the paperwork anymore. They've decided to actually start being policemen again, instead of just spending their time filling in the form which gives them permission to fill in the form to have someone arrested

Spelling something is just a way to replicate how we speak something. That's why spellings change over time. Although now, with modern dictionaries, it's unlikely to happen again.
Our normal police don't need guns. It's a British sort of thing. They would be just as effective with guns as with
