FIFA allows 15mm failure for their goal line technology so they already know it's not a 100% conclusive evidence.

I'm not saying I would've disagreed with a dead heat, but if their camera does 10000 frames per second, a difference of 0.0003 seconds means there are 3 frames that show Kittel touching the line before EBH, and in progression starting the film some cm ahead of the line, it's probably enough to come to that conclusion.

Just as with the Sagan thing where people said you need to look at the events leading up to the elbow, here you need to acknowledge that the jury has the film leading up to that photo which probably shows the dynamics of the gap better.
