Sended Freire as this was a good opportunity to give him a little morale boost. After MSR he was a little less happy so fortunatly he won the sprint easily over Bobby Traksel

Yeah fortunatly both Freire and Langeveld were blessed with great form of the day (+3, +4). I'd never thought the break would succeed though. After PR and RVV it will be time for Langeveld to take a break though, but he had a great season so far way beyond my expectations.

Initially wanted Posthuma to go for the overall here, unfortunatly stage1 proved to be a tough one and he ended up at +2.50, so no good overall in sight anymore. His 5th place in the final TT fortunatly made it a little less worse.
Stage 1 - Middelkerke-Zottegem (168km)
Stage 2 - Zottegem-Koksijde (205km)
Stage 3 - De Panne-De Panne (219km)
Stage 3 - Koksijde-De Panne (12km)

Intended as a training ride for Flecha and Dekker to gain some Race form but it seemed the field was a little weak compared to my team and they quite dominated the field here.
