if you're going to ridicule an americanism, ridicule "billion". now there's a LAUGHABLE one.

Oh yes. The American billion has unfortunately though made its way over to England, and it snow the common use over here. Its a shame though, as the English billion (i.e. a million million) is more correct.
I'm not entirely sure that's what you're going on about issoisso, so I may be looking a bt stupid now

yes, that's what I mean. at this point, if you're American, Canadian or English a billion for you is a thousand millions.
for everyone else it's a million millions. which is what you must use in science, or be labelled an idiot by your peers.
why? it was 1919 and at the time a country boosting it had a lot of rich people was a great thing. so the american government decreed that in that country a billion was no longer a million millions but now a thousand millions so that the US could boast "having the most billionaires than any other country" idiotic, I know.
but it will fall into disuse. the same way the imperial system is fading. every major corporation now uses metric. want a prime example? NASA.

in short: it is playable but not finished
if I have to be honest we aren't really close to a release, which remains as the main reason to port the whole DB to PCM3
it's impossible to give a date, but when the final relase date is ready I'll announce it at least a week before release.

Why would he be in the database if he didn't ride? |

I'm sorry but it's a realistic DB, and Pantani didn't ride in 2005, so he is not included |

Yes he should not be in a real 2005 database .
It would be good if someone could make a classic rider database, that would rock B)

Well Pantani died in 2004, so you cant really have him in a 2005 database.

And on valentines day! It was a tragic and unforgettable moment in the sport of cycling
as he was such a classy rider and realistically the only rider who had the physical and mental ability to challenge and even beat Lance Armstrong! Pantani was a Legend!!! |
