I'm pretty sure Contador will win this. I think Dekker has a chance too, and Evans an even smaller one. Unless he's hurt, that is.

Nah he crashed himself. He really crashes all the time. In Lombardy last year, in the Paris-Nice (some three times) and now this + a heck of a lot other crashes in other races.

Contador is usually extremely good in TTs under 10kms and very good in under 20kms.
If it was a longer distance, I think the gap would definitely be in Dekker's favour, but I'm not so sure in this case.
Especially with a couple of climbs in the TT, one of them a very hard one.
That said, Dekker seems to do better in this sort of distance (+/-20kms)

This TT reminds me of Romandy, a bit hilly and 20km... should be perfect for Dekker..
HOWEVER, if it rains and it is really risky, Contador has the upper hand, Dekker is horrible in descents and steering, as shown today

*sigh* sometimes I wonder what people use for a head
why the agression?
it's not like he can guess what the english link is. to you it might seem obvious that it's just a question of changing the asp request "lang", but I'm sure that's not the case with everyone...

especially as the downhills are a bit steep, while the Lausanne TT course has a long, gradual descent.
