Yeah, but as noted before, Kessler was the guy who was the leader of the team during the big (hehe) T-Mobile years, because he made all the decisions, and he didn't get a lot of great results |

yes, whenever I see a team chasing down it's own riders, I immediately think "great tactics and leadership".

He is a true team player. *sniffle* he would give his cycling career so he could win a race for the team. *sniffle* I bet he didn't even think about himself once.

Philippe Gilbert deserves a place in this thread.
not for the Grand Tours maybe but he can potentially win all one day competitions and he has come to the right age to lead and win big races.
He has enough experience and he is great for PR; whenever he pulls of a win it is in a great fashion. |
