Rationalization? It was the Kazakhi's who judged him. They want him to the Olympics. Therefore, only 1 year. |

Perhaps bad choice of words, how can UCI ALLOW the Kazakh Federation to only hand out a 1 yr ban, did I miss some extenuating circumstances? Was there shoddy lab work? Did they not pretty much catch him red handed (so to speak)?
Oh wait this is the UCI I am talking about here... never mindops: |

The 15th stage of Tour de France 2008 have been made 30 km. shorter due to possibility of landslide. This has, however, also resulted in the peloton having to climb another climb, the 2.744 m. high Col d’Agnel. They will have to climb 21 km. on mountains with an average slope of 6.5 %. The last 5 km. have an average of 9. So it's definitely tougher than Col de Larche. |

Oh wait this is the UCI I am talking about here... never mind ops: The Kazakh federation judged and suspended him according to its own rule. Though as it's inferior to WADA's rules and as UCI, thus the Kazakh federation are under WADA's authorities, it should be expected to get Vino judged by WADA the same day his suspension will end. |

The case against Jan Ullrich will be dropped. In return, Ullrich will pay an amount of money. Ullrich has now said that it proves he's innocent while the lawyers say that they during their investigation has found clear evidence that Ullrich was doped.
A part of the deal is also that the lawyers can send the material they have found to other people who want to sue Ullrich |

The Saunier Duval-Scott ProTour team announced Tuesday that due to a high number of injuries in recent weeks, the team will not attend the Tour de Georgia race in the US April 21-27. Instead, Rock Racing may be on the start line.
"It is very sad for us but unfortunately we won't be able to race at Tour of Georgia," said Saunier Duval-Scott's publicist Virginie Ducrot Geinoz.
"The problem is that we have too many riders injured from the recent classics and also a few sick riders. It was then a problem for our Director, Joxean Matxin Fernandez, to try to set up again the race calendar with all the Classics, the travels and other coming races with so many riders missing. He has decided this afternoon to cancel our participation at Tour of Georgia, which is ... sad for all the team and our sponsor, Scott. The riders really like to ride in the US"
Ironically, Saunier Duval-Scott's announcement came on the same day that Rock Racing and Tour de Georgia organizer Medalist Sports were in Georgia Superior court, with Rock Racking seeking an injunction against the race over a reported alleged verbal agreement the team had with Medalist over its entry.
Following the court hearing, Rock Racing initially confirmed to Cyclingnews that they were in the Tour de Georgia; however, the team's spokesperson Martine Charles later said its report was inaccurate and that the Rock Racing team is presently being considered to occupy the final spot in the Tour de Georgia, left vacant by Saunier Duval-Scott's withdrawal.

Danilo Di Luca has been cleared of the charges against him about his childish hormon level during the last Giro.
It's ok to dope if you're a champion and win your home country's tour. |

Have you heard the reason? It was even funnier
Because Di Luca drank a lot of water after the change the hormone levels dropped /official explanation
So....what did Di Luca drink, water from the fountain of eternal youth? Explaining his childish levels? Or what
Great Italians...lol |

Probably that much water that it diluted his blood which conveniently decreased hormones and red cells concentration levels. Had I been him I'd have gotten injected with physiological serum which would have had the same effects although it would have been illegal. I'm glad Di Luca drank water instead. B)
Justice got served, hurray. |

This is the part where I'm glad there aren't many italian forum members here. nothing agains italians, they're just like all of us except with a different flag on their passport, but I really can't stand them whining how Di Luca is innocent despite the evidence, and all that other crap that everyone always says about the dopers that are of their own nationality 8-)

Anyway, I'm never shaving again in my life. I'll just drink lots of water so my hormone levels will be those of a 5 year old and my beard won't grow...
