Then again you keep on with the conspiracy theory. That poor Floyd got tested by useless people, then judged by corrupted people, and the people called to confess are all biased.
That's so unfair, I wonder what Calimero would say ?
Seriously, there comes a point when the conspiracy and paranoid theory has lived long enough...

Indeed, what Lemond was doing at the hearing is an absolute mystery, and Floyd was convicted only because of the scientific evidence. I know that the science in the case is excactly what Landis was disputing, and when reading his side of the story it all seems like a huge mistake has happened!. However, Floyd is not, to say the least, impartial in this case, and because of the controversy of the case, it's impossible to find any sources, which can be concidered impartial. The closest I've gotten on an objective description of the case is this:
...but be aware, unless you're a scholar of some weight, you won't get any smarter by reading that
What we're left with is a very unfortunate case where both sides can claim to have logic on their side. Some experts says one thing, others says another. USADA aknowledges that LNDD didn't handle the test speciments according to protocol, but claims that the evidence is still valid. That the IRMS test, even though it's flawed, is conclusive. On the other side we have camp Landis claiming that the IRMS is flawed to an extent that it cannot be conclusive.
Very unfortunate.
edit: oh, and Papp was of course brought in because the Landis camp had questioned if using testosterone would in fact work as a performance enhancer at all!
That really maked me laugh, and I do not have a sence of humour at all Questioning the effect of testosterone is beyond stupid!
