Two questions have been answered since last. Yesterday no one got anyone from the top 3 correct, so 0 points were given a lot. Two members decided to pick a difficult answer, which gives -3 unfortunately.
The day before that saw 8/9 Italian riders in the top 10. 8/9 because four riders were equal on 10th place. So both answers will be awarded with a correct mark. Martial1 and SotD are closest by guessing 7, but a lot get's minor points for guessing 6 aswell.
The rankings have been updated in the first post.

Getting back on track here...
Question 4 was which Italian (not Aru) was best placed after stage 11. The answer was Dario Cataldo, while also Visconti and Caruso gave points.
Many people got Cataldo, but a few had Caruso.
Question 5 was not the easiest question. Who was in the BotD? Well: Barbin, van der Lijke, Elissonde, Gretsch and Appollonio.
Who had that? No one... But 6 players picked the wrong rider and a difficult answer, thus receiving -3 points. Ouch. So who could make amends on the 13th question?
The question was how many Dutch, German and Spanish riders would make the top 10 today... The answer was 1.
Shonak and trekbmc made a great recovery by picking the correct answer. Worst this round was the overall leader, SotD. Let's see what has happened - See the full rankings on the first post.
Now... I will make some more questions and put them up tonight. They need to be answered to me via the PM function, and this time there will be some bonus questions for added points. So nothing is lost, and if you are new you are still very welcome to join! More on the added questions later.

Last round of this little Giro-game will take part as mentioned below:
1) DEADLINE: Before the start of stage 15
2) Answers MUST be sent to me in a PM.
3) ANYONE can compete
4) Instead of ONE difficult answer you must pick TWO. If you don't you will be punished by -3 points on question 1 AND 2.
5) It is NOT allowed to pick a difficult answer in the bonus questions.
Questions 15-21:
1 Which nation (NOT ITALY), will have the most riders in top 15 on stage 15?
(Want to answer difficult? Don't pick any of these: Spain, Czech Republic, Colombia)
2 Stage 16 looks difficult, but who will wear the mountains jersey after the stage?
(Want to answer difficult? Don't pick any of these: Benat Intxausti, Carlos Betancur, Steven Kruijswijk)
3 On the 17th stage, the peloton reaches Lugano. Where will the best swiss rider finish on this stage? – The answer will be put into sections of 20. So if you think he will end up 11th, you answer 1-20, if you think he will become 67th you answer 61-80.
(Want to answer difficult? Don't pick any of these: 21-40, 41-60, 61-80)
4 Which rider is 5th in the GC after stage 18?
(Want to answer difficult? Don't pick any of these: Roman Kreuziger, Dario Cataldo, Richie Porte)
5 Which Movistar rider will be first over the line on stage 19?
(Want to answer difficult? Don't pick any of these: Andrey Amador, Ion Izagirre, Benat Intxausti)
6 Who will win stage 20?
(Want to answer difficult? Don't pick any of these: Alberto Contador, Fabio Aru, Mikel Landa)
7 Which Italian rider will be best on stage 21?
(Want to answer difficult? Don't pick any of these: Sacha Modolo, Elia Viviani, Giacomo Nizzolo)
Bonus questions. For every correct answer you will get, you are awarded 3 points. You do not get any points for an incorrect answer.
Bonus 1: Who wins the Giro d’Italia?
Bonus 2: Who wins the points competition?
Bonus 3: Who wins the mountains competition?
Bonus 4: Who (NOT Fabio Aru) will be best placed in the Youth competition?
Bonus 5: Alexandre Geniez vs. Amaël Moinard?

Unfortunately we miss some very notaple players here for the final round. Both number 2 and 3 are apparently out (matt17br and Martial1), even number 5 (Marcovdw) is also out.
On the other hand we welcome Vali right back into the game.
Everyone said Spain for today and that answer was correct as they had 2 riders in top 15. No one besides Spain had more than 1 rider (except for Italy who wasn't available as a pick). Unfortunately two players made a mistake as they only picked 1 difficult answer. And as the rules say, they will be given -3. That is Omloop and Selwink. Because I am nice, and because we are only 8 left, I have decided that they are also awarded their points for guessing the right answer.
So instead of -3 they get +2.
The ranking has been updated in the first post.

I'm pleasantly surprised by my performance.. And two of my rivals going
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Dillier finished in 21-40, which pylarz, Omloop and Selwink guessed. SotD, jandal7 and trekbmc said 1-20, but made the answer difficult, so they get 2x3 points. Ian Butler also said 1-20 but didn't make it difficult, while Vali got nothing.
The first post has been updated.

Ah come on Dillier, I hoped you would be working on the front and then slowly drop down in the field
BTW: shouldn't I get minus points because I picked it as a difficult answer?

Right. I didn't catch the difficult answer thing. It will be corrected for the next standings. Thanks for being honest!

I want to appologize for not going through with this. I was in the midst of my final exam when my PC finally stopped working. I have been without one for a couple of weeks, and everything that I had not on dropbox is lost. Including rankings and stuff for this.
And now I'm starting work from this monday, so I won't get around to do it. If anyone wants to complete the rankings it is absolutely fine by me. Otherwise I give my sincere appologies for not being able to complete what I started. Due to lack of time, I won't do a similar contest for the Tour de France either.
