Good showing from the boys from Brazil with plenty of riding on the front. Manarelli: I suppose he mildly underperforms, but he can be happy with a top 10 there.
Interesting race winner, am curious to know where he will end up next season. I think there will be quite a bit of interest for him from a few teams, not least of which from an Argentinean team which look likely to form.
Great reading SN! |

Wow that would've been quite an upset from my former rider Kvist! Great try.
Congratulations to Richeze and Argentina, a close sprint there. Lander inside the Top 30 is nothing really worth mentioning but it's not bad either.
Great report SN!

Beautiful way to start the WCs. This one is definitely an idea to stick with the game for the future imo. It helps that it was reported by SN of course, but the race in itself is quite interesting and played out very nicely.
Congrats to Argentina, and thanks Richeze for giving me some PCM gold in this betting debut

Looks like we can expect a mass sprint for the A worlds as well although I guess stuff could still be different because of the different field.
No riders here, but was interesting to follow and nice win for the Argentinean.

He did a great job for me in PT, but nearly 200k for a leadout is waaay to much, especially because 75 flat would only make him my third best leadout in that regard from next year on.

Kvist never raced for me, I just owned him and loaned him to SotD, then sold him to Cio :-p I felt his wage was too high considering his stats back then. I feel he's a pretty nice leadout, even though (iirc) riders like Gasparotto from that years Puma team was much better

Ah that's awesome, love to see one of my former guys win!! That sprint was pretty intense too. Cool start to the championships, the A race sprint should be great as well.

A pretty poor race for all our Kenyans, strange that they were at the front of the peloton early on rather than attacking. At least we saw the jersey at the head of the pack.
Nice win there for Richeze, but also a great attack from Kvist, showing that this course could favour an attacker as well as the sprinters. |

Common problem for riders on my team: positioning.
Great win for Argentina, pretty surprising aswell.

Will start lists for the U23 races be posted before the event? Interested from a general perspective, and would also help inform re: betting choices. Thanks.

2 participants in the U23 TT and 5 in the RR (having 4 of 8 Germans there! )...
Sütterlin might be good for a podium, he's really lacking that extra XP level for more though. In the RR I need to hope for a selection of some sort, or Herklotz doing the Kvist job, only better

Really wish I'd got Goldstein to Level 3 for this season, so he could compete for a top 10 with 75TT. Ah well. |
