Just to be sure: we will not loose our riders in the first two rounds because the offer was way too low (except he is stolen), right?
You're right. |

That somebody tried to steal Kwiat didn't hurt so much as you bid waaaay too less on him, stupid stealer!
But whoever bid so damn much on Kristoff that I'm really thinking about letting him go, cause I don't really wanna raise his wage by 300(!) : I know where you are and I'm gonna haunt you
As always I'm fascinated of that excel sheet again..
Q) I guess you can't pay a rider less than the minimum wage displayed? And the only way to get an OUT is by giving the rider 0 as offer? Or could Froome f.e. say no after the first round if I'll be 500 under what he demands?

Raise his wage by 300? Poor you!
Sagan wants to get nearly 500 more without having a steal offer ...

Well that was straight forward. Really easy to do guys and takes no time at all!
Nice for you. I have some more problems

It helps whn 90% of the team just wants a wage equal to the minimum. The rest were easy. Managed to haggle TVG nicely under his request and Kelderman even asked for a sizeable cut.

Just another question @bikex:
May we already negotiate about transfers or is that forbidden until renewals are done?

Bikex already answered this question. Offering 0 is the only way out besides stealing.

1) Otherwise what's the point of a minimum wage
2) As Cyclotron said Bikex made that clear.
3 (your pre-dealing question)) Personally i'd say making enquirys is fine, but i'd do it publicly to avoid th wrath of other managers. But Bikex hasn't said much about transfers yet

You think that's bad. I have comfortably come off the worse out of the steals out of everyone from what I have seen.
However, some renewals for me look great deals so it kind of evens itself out, great tense stuff Bikex. |

Well, thanks guys.
By the way, I'd like to talk about the WT/CT-points again, so that people won't score as much in CT as this season anymore - otherwise I fear we'll see less competition in WT in future.

Completely agree! The balance was way out giving far too much to the CT comparitively. It would be completely ridiculous to have a CT rider so high up the rankings in the way TVG did.
(now it doesn't affect me i suddenly have a strong opinion )

I support that, too. It was ridiculous how great LUCIAODGPASGA scored there without too much opponents. I already showed you (Bikex) some calculations about that when it was too late to change. My strategy of scoring a lot in the CT (which gave me the lead in the PR proves that). It would be nice if that gap is closed for the future...

I'd prefer not to have transfer pre arrangements but I guess I can't make much against them.
You guys are free to send me suggestions for the rankings system. I'll make some changes for sure. |

As I kinda fear people will see that as an invitation to make all kinds of nasty secret agreements, I'm gonna go TMM's way. Maybe we can make things a bit transparent:
I'm planning to get rid of my cobbles squad as they didn't do much at all. That means, you could possibly get Kristoff (and Devenyns if somebody cares). If a pure sprinter could be involved in a transfer, I'd be very interested.

For the coming season I would like more precise info on how the race goals will relate to the budget.
Silvio - I am interested, but I think transfer statements like that would be better in a transfer talk thread opposed to this general one (maybe Bikex can open one shortly).
And sad news regarding the world champ .....
Spoiler
..... sad news for whoever put up a massive steal offer that is.
Gilbert will be staying with Prorace - Camtel.
