True. But Gavazzi with 74acc also did much better on that last stage.
For Vanoverschelde it`s probably a combination of all that makes him not a top sprinter despite having 80spr. |

Vanoverschelde with 62 hill was just too less for this race.
Even Van Avermaet with 66hill was weak.
Having a better hill stat really is needed in lots of races this season.
*Points at Sonnery and reminds everyone his best sprint came on a MTF despite having 70HIL *
Nice 22ish PPRD race for us here. Seeing Dowsett and other pure puncheurs doing well gives me hope for a successful Gautier/Reus combo in the Tour of Britain. Next to Boavista for hopefully another race in the Gautier top 5 streak
Thanks for the quality reports roturn |

Great stuff overall. Bobridge not only with the GC-win we had hoped for, but also adding nice points through good stage finishes. Koren did well to add points, so did Ford with the TT. Best team, three jerseys... Yes yes yes
Thanks for the reports! Quality as always.

Oh yeah, fuck you. Wrong break, close break, lost another GC spot, Hornbach takes points.
Nothing to complain about the reports and pace, thanks for that.

It might be in no real DB. Not sure to be honest.
The races were chosen ~1year ago, so far before FCB 2.0 was published I think. It`s PCM13 here, not PCM14 anyway. |

Thank you. Would you save this Tour somewhere so I could download it? Stages PCM13 PCM14 supposed to work. I'm from Czech Republic and in his play Czech power plants do not, thank you. |

Not a bad race even though Van Avermaet couldn't deliver. Thanks for fast quality reports, Roturn!

Also if SN reads this which I guess he will, I know we're never in a position to ask anything extra from you but by now, I kinda lost the overview of who scored what recently so an "end of May" rankings update would be very appreciated.

I can tell you that you scored 17,8 PPRD in Czech. |

Thanks, that's a good start but it's really the big picture regarding everyone 'down there' that I need to get an idea of to sleep half decent.
(and that number could've easily been 30, dear Wilco...)

It`s all about experience.
A 77 puncheur with no time trial skills in top20 is okay in this field imo.
Vogt is the one, who sucked far more as he does not like the co leader ship it seems.
Good for you that Bol was having a nice race. |

Lovely jubbly. De Maar did oustanding. 8th in this race is way above expectations. If not Marquez consistency, De Maar definitely the rider of the team this season. Barbin getting few points there too, good showing.

Really great race for Dowsett there. And it always makes me laugh when Jaguar try to do a leadout train. I mean, Tennant > Tewelde > Bennett, really? Still it seemed to work well enough with 4th and 6th place.

Lucky for you that I also tend to be interested in how each race changes the rankings. But there's still a couple of one day races left in May, first.

Not if stage 2 plays out as it did. Craven up there could've been Kelderman too, no words for Westra anyways, and Mehr-Wenige, same as Craven.
And yeah, luckily Vogt is of the Zaini/Barrio/Mendes type and at least doesn't want money (60k atm).

I guess so, just in case.
And as nothing shows up in my calendar file or the reporter thread, I wasn't aware of that...

The points jersey would have been nice. 2 stages for Holloway is good though. Happy to see Tolleson linking with Holloway like that.

I think that Lo Cicero does not agree.
Congrats to Oz, happy for the Bobridge win. I think that Ignatiev would be 4th at best if he was on the start here.

About as good as we could have hoped for on this tour. Mehr-Wenige held on for 9th place and Grillo took a 3rd on stage #5.
Hopefully Mehr-Wengie will be fully up to speed for the remaining hilly outings.
Next up for AMEXpc will be the Enco Tour and a cobble race on the PT - Stradia Appia Antica and then an interesting Tour of Bulgaria.
After that it will be the TTT at Monterey which should be a strange race but if it is lightly attended we could steal a few points.
