Just keep your riders mixed through the bunch. Not in the front, but not everybody at the end of the peloton either. Abandonments are part of the sport and have to kept in there for the AI.

I already said, put all the control rider stats to about 70 (in the save game database which you load) and also edit the rhythm/ freshness of the riders so they are excellent. Then you shouldn't have any problems, if PCM2014 is anything like the previous one. |

Sorry, I've recovered enough to play some PCM, so there'll definitely be a couple of stages tomorrow. Stage 5 keeps crashing at the end though, and there's a problem where the yellow jersey always starts at the back. Oh well.

 Le Tour de France
It's the Team Time Trial today. Perennial favourites Orica-GreenEDGE and Omega-Pharma Quickstep will be among the contenders today, while BMC and Astana also have strong squads with them.
Lotto-Belisol are the first team to set off. They set a time of 29'49.
Next up are Garmin. They beat Lotto by 32 seconds.
Then come Euskaltel, who will be trying to limit their losses today. They finish 56 seconds behind Garmin.
Astana beat the Americans by 33 seconds.
Cannondale are next, and they finish 1'07 behind the Kazakhs.
Radioshack are main contenders for a good place today, but they finish 20" behind Astana.
Katusha finish 37" behind.
Next up are Sky, looking to bring Chris Froome to the GC victory. They finish 29" behind.
Team Movistar are working hard for Nairo Quintana, and they come in 47 seconds slower than Astana.
Belkin are disappointing, 1'09 off the lead.
Saxo-Tinkoff and Alberto Contador finish 11" behind. Astana's lead is looking quite good.
Lampre put in a surprisingly strong performance, just 32 seconds behind.
Then favourites BMC do well, but it's still not enough to overtake Astana. 9 seconds behind.
FDJ are the first home team to set off. They finish 58 seconds behind.
Next come another French team. Cofidis falter, finishing 1'02 behind.
Another French team heads off. AG2R, with KoM leader Rinaldo Nocentini in their ranks, they finish 34 seconds off the lead.
Argos with Swedish TT Champion Tobias Ludvigsson are unable to put up a fight, over 1'06 away from Astana.
Omega-Pharma Quickstep are the first team in a while who look like challenging the lead. They are largely disappointing, finishing 39 seconds behind.
Vacansoleil finish 1'33 behind. Poor from them. Meanwhile Europcar finish 48 seconds behind.
Orica-GreenEDGE have a few riders not wearing the team jersey. Simon Gerrans is wearing Yellow, while Svein Tuft and Daryl Impey are wearing their respective national champion jerseys. The TTspecialists finish just 10 seconds off the pace.
Diego Johnson is technically the Stage Winner today. He's the first rider to win a stage at the Tour de France after coming through the EPIC system.

Jeez, Contador did not finish with the other Saxo riders (again: boy is too weak in this db). o_O
OPQ and SKY suprisiningly far behind. Looks like all of OPQ power was invested into Qinhai Lake.
