Hey,
I know its pretty late, but finally I want to introduce myself as being part of this team
Ok, joke done, now back to more important things: First of all, I'm glad that you signed me, I'm quite happy to be on the team. However, I have one question: You already calculated how far on XP I'm gonna get, because I'm eager to know how long it takes until I can dominate all the GTs?
Spoiler For your interest: No, I'm not the real one. But I couldn't let go this chance to make fun of it.

Spoiler We should all play along with this
Of course I did, and I ensured you'd end up on an xp level after this season that allows you to gain another level next year without having to be loaned out so that you can spend all of your career in my team (because we'll promote next season)
In order to do that, your race calendar only includes C2 and HC races (besides your home PT stage race you'll win quite often throughout your career), which give you the most xp points for level 1 and 2 respectively.
To conclude this: you should hit off-season with a xp level of 3.26.

I'm quite impressed. So that means, in about two years time I am going to be among the top climbers?
I will thank you for that with winning every race, I'm gonna be in! (Maybe not, but we'll see...)
As I even started my winning streak on Thursday IRL in GP Palio del Recioto, I will do the same in Man-Game now.

Did that include Avenir which he missed?

Obviously.
My latest calculation gave me 2.75, but don't quote me on that since the number was hard to read with all the tears in my eyes
Honestly though, let me quote myself from the Emilia thread after he came 16th in a hilly HC race from the break:
Actually, I am kinda happy he didn't get to lvl3.This way he'll still be the 4th best mountain rider in my lineups and just another guy in the hilly races, so he should still have free reign to go in whatever break seems good. With 77mo/73hil, he would've been considered co-leader/luxury domestique and would probably do nothing until Nerz/Kelderman attacks and sit up after that. This way, he can use his amazing secondary stats the best way.
Of course I didn't factor in any season beyond 2015 there, it does suck a bit that we won't have him on 81mo in (hopefully) ProTour.
On the other hand, more salary cap!
(Yes, one of my favourite movies is Silver Linings Playbook, so there you have my silver lining in this topic)

As a team focused on young riders, the stat gains of our riders in the off-season are obviously a huge topic for us as well as probably for quite a few other managers as some of these riders will be on their shortlists (the "transfer" one, not the "Free Agents" one anymore...) or tough competitors for race wins next season.
In that regard, another HQ post that should come in the next few days will clarify which riders are available for transfers or loans, and for now more importantly, which riders might not even make it through renewals unless we see interest in them.
16 Puma riders receive stat upgrades this off-season.
Thank you to the managers of Rothaus, BPost, Festina, Maloja and Evonik for taking riders on loan and ensuring they get enough xp in the respective division. Your cooperation and the smooth negotiations will certainly not be forgotten in future transfer seasons.

Nice to see i wasn't the only one to f*ck up a giant talent this year
Goddamn i hate your squad because assembling a team of talents like that is pretty much flat out impossible now (although i'm damn well trying).

Interesting to see Vogt isn`t developed.
Already lost all your faith in him?
Crazy team indeed. Good for all others, that you missed to develop Herklotz to level 3. |

I didn't "fuck up" anyone though, my planning was perfect up to every half xp point.
I sincerely hope you can still get something going in transfers and next season, although nothing is even lost yet.

Who doesn't
Wait and see, though I guess everyone knows that with my talents, you shouldn't get your hopes up too much or even completely focus on one.

Well starting the year on 4.82 meant all he needed was Avenir...or alternatively Deutschland Tour if I knew he'd miss Avenir.
Should be 4.95 now, although this makes the leadership issue I feared non-existent and his wage should remain at 60k at most.
To be honest, I wouldn't be too sure that Herklotz is any less dangerous now than on lvl3. He almost has as many points as Kelderman this season...
If anything, this gives him more freedom (and a lower wage request).

Sorry.
His future in my team past 2015 really depends on if he overcomes his secondary stats eventually, his performance this year was absolutely horrible.

Thanks for this post, cio, very interesting for me as another German team. Of course, we would like to get Mager back for the future but many more interesting riders are there!

Really nice gains for Kelderman and Demare. Both look capable of some real results next year. |

We'll see what's in the cards for him.
Next season is pushing for promotion season, so we can't hand out too many presents, of course.

Yeah, Kelderman never even really got into the Top 10 consistently this season, next year we definitely need him to challenge for the podium more often than not to go for the top.
As for Demare, his race planning will be a very interesting and potentially very decisive factor this off-season.
I have three top 77SP leadouts for Ciolek already (all with better FL and still above-average HIL too), so I don't really see any point in wasting any of his race days to ride alongside Ciolek, except for the occasional goal race maybe.

It's not just a twitter layout, it's an actual twitter account and a legit tweet I just embedded/linked to through this
And I did it to draw attention to the fact that with the off-season approaching, I'll be more active on twitter for all the fun conversations that happen there during that time.

Demare got added at exactly the right moment to get truly beatly stat combinations, lucky. Also Twitter has suddenly burst into life the last few days which is great because like last season it got rather lonely
