Thanks. I decided that this one set of screenshots is enough, so I actually changed the headline to "Training Camp 1/1".
Meet the Squad should continue soon, i had very busy weekend and it's exam time in Serbian schools, so i can't update this too much.

With the squad you have, I don't really see why you're going to many of those C1 races. Sure, Dall'Antonia and Bole might do something - but Van Stayen, Vastaranta, Bellis, Gatto, Haussler and Kreder will all be sniffing around. I'm happy to be proven wrong though |

Lots of C1 races around. Looks like someone is scared to race against Geschke
But i like your decision

Yeah i can't see the C1 plan working i just don't think their the right races to be aiming for except possible the Duo Differenge if it gets a weak start list like the TTT the hilly races will be fruitless without a good hilly leader like Mehr Wengie last year |

Cool to see Martinez and Schinker in blue, white and grey once more. I'll be rooting for them except in places where they'll clash with us. Will be interesting to see if the C1 gamble pays off.

Yeah, what people said above. Lots of ambitious goals but hey, maybe it can pay off with Martinez, you never know.
We will clash in some C2 races but not too many.

I decided to gamble a bit with this schedule, just as i did with transfer plans and high goals. It's most likely that i am not going to get any great results with this team in these races, but this idea might turn out to be good one at the end of the season, if i somehow manage to get good results on some of these races.
I will surely try to focus on goals and meet at least one of them (1/5). Everything above that will be big bonus.

Nordeus acting like PCT team already.
Good luck in that C1 competition, Bole and others can snatch some point here and there, but it will be tough to benefit with something more than XPs (maybe i will meet Julian Alaphilippe in some of these races)?
We will meet many, many times in those C1 and HC races, but dont expect us to be nice, especially in both ukrainian races.

Aim high, shoot low.

Aljaž Hočevar [4/18]
One of our few talents and 15th rider that Team Nordeus signed this year is a young Slovenian, Aljaž Hočevar. With disbanding of Pivovarna Laško at the end of last season, Team Nordeus got a chance to sign him, as well as few more riders, which surely gave us big chance. Being only 23 and 2lvl of XP, Aljaž will surely be part of teams sprint train in future.

But don't be surprised if you see him in few breakaways this season, that's surely one of the main things we signed him. Anyway, all in all, Hočevar might sound like a bad idea, but he'll surely become one good sprinter in future.

Blaž Bogataj [5/18]
At about the same time and on same day as Aljaž, another Nordeus youngster Blaž Bogataj was signed. Blaž used to be European Champ back in 2010, where he destroyed the competition and guys such as Coquard, Wackermann and many others in mass sprint. However, he couldn't find right form throught all of these years in smaller teams, so we decided to sign him now. and give him a chance to prove himself.

He's surely the guy we want to keep in our team over next few years, as he already has reserved position of main leadout guy for some of our future plans. Just as with Aljaž, his main plan is developing a bit this year. Don't be surprised if you see him in few of breakaways, aswell.

A lot of your talents have good support stats as well, it seems.

Boris Borisavljević [6/18]
One of many talents that found his place in our 2014 squad is youngest Serbian rider in all divisions of ManGame WT. Being only 20y/o, 1XP, 6pot, Boris is really the guy we want to keep in our team for a long time. He's potentially 77MO/73HIL/76TT in few years, which means we have future co-leader or one of main helpers in our team, already. We didn't decide his training for next season, so he may even become puncheur - who knows. One thing which is sure is that he has great support-stats, besides his main abilities who rates him even higher!
[img-l]https://www.dodaj.rs/f/u/U5/cwwcdqG/unknown-guy.png[/img-l][img-l]https://www.dodaj.rs/f/1r/vj/19MS1K68/theblankspace.png[/img-l]This season, he won't really aim for something big, except maybe few breakaway attacks. Having 78 days of cycling, he's definitely the guy with most race-days in our team. Therefore, his main target in this season is clear - develop as much as he can, to even maybe 3rd XP level before the start of next year. Boris will surely be great water carrier and helper for all the races he races.

Very nice steal you made there. 50k is a great price for him.
But i am slightly surprised that you don't have any rider with more than 78 race days - i have 5 !

Yup, indeed, he was one of better signings. I'll maybe train him as puncheur, at the end, who knows.
Well, your team is full of talents, while i wanted to send my best squad to every race I enter, and I think i have around 95% of races with at least Schinker,Bole, Dall'Antonia or Martinez in. Most of them with multiple leaders. I guess that's the reason.

Gabor Kasa [7/18]
By the order we're going, Gabor Kasa is next guy in our 'Meet the Squad' initiative. Kasa is teams best Time Trialer and very good domestique. It's enough to just look at Gabor's stats and to tell that he's one great all arounder. Great on flat, even better on mountains and hills and great on TT bike, he's one great addition to the team.
[img-l]https://www.dodaj.rs/f/1L/wS/245Ym7AH/kasa.png[/img-l][img-l]https://www.dodaj.rs/f/1r/vj/19MS1K68/theblankspace.png[/img-l]Gabor isn't very young, but surely isn't the oldest guy in the peloton. He's 26 currently and we're sure he'll be riding for our team in next few seasons. Sadly, he's maxed out, but I am sure our next years sponsor will allocate some budget for his training. For the end, Gabor will mainly ride mountainous stage-races this year, as well as few Time Trials such as Duo Differandge.
