Nice to see Besada staying, always some love for former Oz-riders Currently too lazy to look it up, but to which XP-level did you bring him this season?

He leveled up, IIRC.
So he should be Lvl4 then, something like HILL 75?! Not considering to loan him to PT?

Interesting to see that Cabrera might be available (Bacardi originated from Cuba after all ). He's still a very solid sprinter but unfortunately he does need some training to actually win something, especially with every division having top tier sprinters.

Well, if he accepts a wage drop, I'll probably keep him, since in CT he'll be way more useful than what he was in PCT this season, where he only grabbed a win. It was sad though, because the speed was there most times, he just wasn't placed decent enough to gain stages
Seeing 22 riders listed under Definitely/Might/Will stay, don't forget that the CT squad size limit is 20 - which makes sense for wage reasons as much as anything.
There's no reason why you can't bounce back straight away, with or without Pedraza, it'll just take a good transfers season to set that up.
Granjel Cabrera seemed a victim of the huge PCT sprinting strength this year - it's not long since he was winning PT races for Sony Ericsson/Koenigsegg.

Good to see sponsor continuity, i like your sponsor setup and regional (or continent) focus. Shame that you will have to re-visit CT, but you can rebuild from scratch around talents.
Pirazzi is interesting name to my ears, we can talk after last years succesful move of Sepulveda to Mobil. I am looking forward to his (Eduardo's) improvement and training gains.

As the season is ready to close, with the last couple of NC's beeing run (which Mobil are proud of obtaning the Venezuelan NC), it's time for the end of the season statement. This is where I look back into the season, sadly not the greatest one, and see what went wrong, and what can you expect from 2015 from us here at Mobil.
This year, at the beginning of the season, we established some ambitious goals, which at the time, seemed plausible. Well, we've failed them all. Every single one of them, we didn't achieve it. Kinda says it all about our season, to be fair. 0/5 goals accomplished isn't good at all, especially comparing to last season, where we only got 2/5. But last year, we scored 10 wins. This year, we only got 7. But while last year, none of them was from a breakaway (except Dall'Antonia's win in Donetsk, and that was from a late attack), from our 7 wins, 4 of them we're from brekaways. So, over 50%. Well, still not as bad as Boeing, but they still finished ahead of us, so yeah...
I'm not blamming PCM again. I played a lot of PCM13, and I saw how the AI handled. And still, made the mistake of hiring pure climberes, with low hill stats. Bar Torres, who had a great season, Vasquez, Jaramillo and the other pure climbers failed. Really hard. And that was my mistake, during planning. Pedraza only had one true stage race where he shined, in Australia. He probably could've won Tachira, hadn't the AI helped Evian, with a mid-stage attack working. Cabrera was a victim of the insanelly stupid sprinters core in the PCT, where he only grabbed one solitary win, in Mallorca, at the start of the season. But still, I think Cabrera failed a lot of times, due to bad positioning. Because, you know, Thorsen is a great sprinter in this game, but Cabrera isn't...
But the AI is not to blame of all. I, and the team, are sorry for disappoitings all are loyal fans out there. For 2015, there's only one thing to do: work even harder, and show the world what we're made off.
So, here's to a better 2015. And a year where I don't forget to update the HQ because of school. So, we're ready for 2015. Are you?
During the next year, 3 of our riders will wear special jersey, meaning that they're National Champions. Sepuvelda won again the Argentinean Time Trial National Champion, retaining the title, while Jose Mojica, while losing his RR Title, retained his ITT Title, turning into the Cuban National Champion in Time Trial. Our only Road Race title came from our most important race, in Venezuela, when Paúl Torres won the title in brilliant fashion.
