Regarding the QFs I said they won't make it next year not that they didn't make it in 2010.

@Jesleyh: I see, thanks. Not so informed on Netherlands' national team. But I think that Van Gaal is a coach who can make especially young players better through tactics and clear duties during a match. Obviously this is a lot different as a National coach than as a club coach, but I suppose the weeks ahead of the world championship could be enough for most defenders to progess so far that they are really competitive.

@Shonak True. We have talent(but well, our neighbouring countries might have a better generation coming), but it needs time. In 2018, I'm convinced we'll be very strong again. But well, that's 2018...
