I meant how can I see the data from the cdb into the game (PCM 2013) ? With the fast editor I can see the data, but it is not practical to have a view of the team

Just put the .cdb in the Mod/Database folder(in my docs/PCM) and select the .cdb in-game, and start a career.
It will probably work, except for stage profiles not working, pink flags etc. but you'll see the team stats

If you have 30 riders (including custom riders), there's nothing you have to do

I can confirm that after the addition of custom riders Europcar has 31 riders (after sacking Bouyer) and Bardiani has 19 riders.
Edit: Also the BD is pretty much done apart from transfer updates. Fortunately I had flags for the three new nations already so no problem there

Filippo Baggio, Alfredo Balloni, Davide Mucelli and Antonio Santoro from Ceramica Flaminia to Bardiani
The UCI decided to support this team by sending no less than 4 talented riders to Bardiani. It won't fill up the team, but it will give them a good boost in the Continental Tour.

- EPIC_PCM13.cdb: The main DB-file
- local.cdb: A new version to replace the local.cdb that comes with the DB. Three countries have been added, but otherwise nothing has been changed.
- Three new flag files to place in Gui\country_flags
New go do some racing

In that case RadioShack would like to sign a rider to replace Frank.....
(Similar to the deal Brewers pulled for BMC)
Ideally the rider should be from an North/South American team such as JellyBelly, Jamis Sutter etc... as long as the rider can fit into the atmosphere of RadioShack Leopard Trek. |

If you only see purple boxes for the flags of Laos, North Korea and Iceland you should check that those files are in the folder with the other flags.
If you see purple boxes elsewhere you have done something wrong in installing the main DB as I have only touched the local.cdb by adding those three countries.
Does it work with the base DB?
