The Shire Rider Management
The Agent firm the Shire has 3 riders still looking for contracts for the coming cycling season on their books, Delfi Cervero, Firmansyah Sinaga and Pietor Furan. They are all fantastically talented young riders but in the chaos caused by the evil rule changing tyrant ollfardh they sadly missed out on places, but that will change soon! we hope.
Delfi Cervero was initially going to Sky but after the deal fell through in favour of Adrien Hanzen, so now he is still in need of a new team. Sure he's not as horrendously OP as he could be, but come the Ardennes he's certainly a man you want to have.
Firmansyah and Pietor are bright young talents who could make strong domestiques or lead out men! and could lead at pro conti level, so they are looking for teams also
Yeah I just ripped people off with this, live with it... |

Aaand I'm in!
/// Signed by Team Sky \\\
Name: Thabo Jango Sithembile
Age: 23
Nationality: Kenyan
Rider type: Classics rider
Not-So-Short Bio:
Thabo Jango (or T.J. as his friends call him) was born in Watamu, a small town in Kenya. His family was very poor, they were happy when they could eat. But one day a big truck arrived, with a giant Red Cross on its side. They brought aid packages, which included a bicycle. The citizens decided to give it to Thabo Jango, because he was the fastest young runner in the town, so they figured he could ride the bike well.
In a few months time, Thabo Jango could ride from Watamu to Mombasa in less than 8 hours, which was impressive considering he was only 16 years old and riding 300 kilometres a day is quite an achievement. He then entered a few local bike races, needless to say he won all of them.
He then got sponsored by the MTN-Qhubeka Youth Cycling Project, where they found out, that he could ride really well on the cobbles (from Watamu to Mombasa the roads were mainly dirt, with a few cobbled sections which came as relief after riding in the dirt and sand), so he participated in a few cobbled races, and he did really well. He found out, that he also has some talent on the hills, so he decided to practice even more, and won some local races on this terrain too.
On one of these occasions was he found by the scouts of Team Sky. Now he is hoping to prove that he is able to compete with the best cyclists in the world, his goal is to be the first black cyclist to win a major classic, like the Ronde van Vlaanderen or L-B-L.
He knows he has to train hard to achieve such hard goals, but there is one thing he learned growing up in Kenya : You have to reach for the sky if you want to achieve something in life.

I apparently made a small typo in Silvio Penar(r)ossa's name. It should only be with 1 r instead of 2 . Can you change this, please?
Spoiler If the answer is no, I could live with that

Sure, can be done.
Also, I'm not really happy with the pre-agreements. I know I didn't make any rules about this, but it seems a bit unfair that some riders are signed without other having the chance to make an offer.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I don't intend on starting a team, just to be clear. |

Sorry, i didnt know this is didnt allowed. Some team managers placed adverts, i interested via PM. Just like IRL teams ... Some of them place public adverts, some of them private....

I'm not going to change the rules, but some people will get less points because they didn't do advertising in their HQ
Also, I specificaly said only confirmed riders could sign, so no deals are closed yet for those riders. You can still give them a better offer.

Damian Ippofix Managent Office
We would like to inform you that two out of our three riders, namely Tom O'Callaghan, an Irish Sprinter, whose strenghts are the flat (69), hills (68) and obviously his sprint (73) but even more so his acceleration (74). We think he would make an excellent lead out man for a World Tour Team or even a main Sprinter on one of the Continental Teams, like Champion System, where fellow Irish Sprinter Matthew Brammeier is riding. The other Riders is the Laotian Cobbler Lue Khamsé Khamphan, who would make an excellent Team Leader for the cobbled classics, with his abilities in the flat (78), the hills (71) of course on cobbles (80). You should reckon with him in smaller bunch sprints, because his sprint (73) and especially his acceleration (76) make him a rider that should be feared.

Delfi Cervero
23
Costa Rica
Puncher
Delfi is a Costa Rican, he has ruden his bike since he was very young and did it hours a day, often neglecting his studies to go riding, well he may not be the sharpest tool on the box but he is a world class puncher, even at such a young age. The hills of Costa Rica have perfectly prepared him for the Ardennes classics in Spring, that is where he'll hope to shine.
