It could be great this coming season with Pluchkin, Kreuziger and Hagen. Keep them at all costs if you want promotion (Or at least a top 10 overall rank ).

I'll definitely try keeping them, if I have the power of will to turn down the big offers that are bound to come for them.
Btw, Crommy said the transfer-system would change slightly, does that mean we can still PM other managers to agree on transfers?

That should still be allowed, as far as I am aware the major transfer change is to do with the resigning of riders at the start of the transfer period.

i think 30,000 is minimum for CT, but 50,000 is minimum for PT

Well for the actual wages, I think Crommy is basing it on actual stats and a bit of last season and also rider progression.
He's nopt going to give your best rider a 1 million euro wage just because he's your best rider. Compared to other ProTour teams the wages of your riders will probably be cheaper than most teams.
Wages of the best riders in each team will go up though, whether it be ProTour or Continental, unless theyre already overpaid (Wiggins/Danielson/Sella/Others) in which case theyre salaries wont increase (They wont necessarily go down though).

All the wages are more "intelligent" this year.

Yep - riders are actually intelligent now
All wages are based on a mixture of stats, last seasons performance, rider progression and how the team did

If you only count the season performances, my riders wages would be low
