[EPIC] Omega Pharma - Quick Step | Unlucky in Spain, good in Netherlands

Hey everyone, Jaxton here. I'm really looking forward to the American Championships, I think I can get a podium in the Time Trial. A special request for Part 2 of the season, a little request. I do NOT want to ride the Amgen Tour, I don't like Cali, and I would rather ride USAPCC later in the season.

Hi Jaxton we discussed your demand and we wouldn't send you to California, even though our sponsor wanted to get there some publicity.

But we were thinking about making you a part of our Giro team, what abou that?

Second part of season

Hi,

I'm here with some updates after looong time. As you know, we are in the finish line of the first part of season, so we can make some review with brightest performances on one hand and some miserable fails on the other.

TOP ACHIEVMENTS

5. Sylvain Chavanel - Paris - Nice

Our goal for this race was podium which we awfully failed, but Sylvain's performance was awesome with couple of days in yellow and 2 stage wins.

4. Mark Cavendish - Milano - San Remo

Not the greatest race for us, as we were looking for win, but TOP5 was very well done as we take in mind Mark's "love" to hills and the frantic pace which was there after the attack of Spartacus.

3. Michal Kwiatkowski - Paris - Nice

Almost the only one race which was important for Michal in the first months of season. Even though we were looking for podium as was mentioned his performance didn't disappointed us as there was terryifing field.

2. Gianni Meersman - Santos Tour Down Under

Without small hopes for podium we headed Australia in January, but after race we were in posession of beatiful orange jersey for the race winner. Gianni showed his best.

1. Tom Boonen - almost every race you think

Tom was mainly racing in Belgium so far, but his efforts there were awesome. Winning 3 cobbled classics, being one of the top ranked riders, he's definitely our rider of first 3 months.

BLAH BLAH EFFORTS

3. Kuurne - Brussel - Kuurne

We don't know what happend, but it did. Awful display.

2. Tirreno - Adriatico

Well, we did have some hopes there, but Cavendish failed, Velits failed, Tony Martin partially failed, the rest was just useless.

1. Gent - Wevelgem

We had our best there and what we got in favour? Nothing, absolutely nothing. Gods were against us, I swear.

Congrats on a successful first part to the season. Wink

-- Though, unless you promise to send a big name (Cavendish/Boonen) to California, I don't see how you could get the invite there. Of course it depends on how many wildcard slots are available. Wink

There is known just part of the squad so far, but they are Steegmans, Petacchi, Trentin, Raboň and Cavendish.

He was definitely, but Tommeke's dominance and even doing well in sprints in France was so hard to beat.Smile

For someone with an awesome cobbled squad and currently leading the rankings, I can expect a bit more than top 10 Roubaix Wink
