Doing it in this form is going to take quite some time. Perhaps do this as a video & normal story. So as he says for the smaller races just do images and results with a little race/stage report...then for main ones do videos. I am sure throughout the course of the story everyone will get to see themselves.
I myself whilst I would love to watch a race with me in it unfold equally don't mind just reading and knowing im in a story.
I like the videos. Though I think it might be better to just spent shorter videos on a stage(just showing highlights maybe, and at least the last kilometers). Then you can put a stage or 3 in a video, and still keeping it about 7/8 minutes.
Nice Format...Disappointing Stage 3 but you nailed it in Stage 4.

You are sprinting waaay to early, to be honest. Your main sprinter should start sprinting with 1.5-1 km to go
Huh?? My sprinter is starting at 1km to go! What do you mean?
And thanks, stage 3 was really weird but I think Van der Valde is just too strong! Stage 4 was destroyed by the wind but Juurikas had tons of energy left because the team looked after him well.
Good Win for Juurikas in stage 4. Stage 3 was very strange. One bit of advice I would give is a bit of practice with your lead out train. Took me some time to get used to organising it...whilst I get away with poor lead out trains in the smaller races when I stepped up I would get slaughtered. Saying that, as you alluded to could just be that you were in untidy/difficult races and that's the best you could do.
Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing my rider in the mountains making breakaways!!

Well, I just watched the first part of the video, and you had tons of energy left for the leadout and main sprinter. You could have start sprinting much earlier, and I'm sure you would have been placed a lot better if you'd done that

When you have a strong leadout you start with 1-0.8 km to go because it may burn red bar before. But if your leadout is not strong and your sprinter doesn't burn red bar up until 1.3km, it's time to go.

So you mean I'm sprinting too late. You confused me by putting too early in the original comment.
@owen, I don't really have a proper train at this race so it was never going to be great. I'll get better practice in Qatar.
@SSJ2, Bakker is young and ambitious, he hasn't given up on the win yet! But the white jersey is certainly a good start if he can keep it.
@Miguel, Van der Valde is a beast at the moment and will have a very important role to play in the early season.
