Every race except a few are like this, I hate to tell you, I wasn't going to make 75+ custom races, the team's and riders are different, and that's unique enough.
In other words, first stage report coming up next!

MARDI GRAS BENEFIT RACE - STAGE 1
Here we are!! Finally! My career begins. Let me introduce myself. My name is Stephen Franklin, I am the one who has been talking all this time, and I figured I would wait until the season to introduce myself. You all know about me, and I will be reporting on races the night we complete them!
Here is the USACL kicking off its 3rd season, our 1st in the league.
The race began with a decent paced 20km with no attacks, just the peleton getting spread apart.
It was weird as I was getting updates from teammates, each one of them said Mobistar was out front. C'mon now, for being called the worst team, they sure are up front alot.
This area was plain dirt, it was an area of Louisiana affected by Hurricane Katrina, and nobody ever rebuilt here.
So the group is all together, and we are approaching the only mountain sprint of the day. Ramiro French was towards the front of the peleton for Sunkist all day, so I figured why not make a name for ourselves being the only new team in the league. I had him attack. Going up this steep hill, he caught 2 riders who had attacked just before, and his timing was right and he took the win, he will wear the mountain leaders jersey tomorrow!
There was at least 5 breakaway attempts, and none of them seemed to work. Eventually we had 1 rider from T-mobile (S. Ramirez) go out and extend his lead to a minute. Not alot, but enough for him to take the first sprint of the day.
Back to the peleton to report the teams who are out front doing the pacing. I find that along with Sunkist, we have Hummel & Mobistar doing the pace making.
Here is a shot of French, Casey, Brady, Lawson, and Griffin near the front of the peleton.
With 60km to go, the one rider break is at a 2:10 advantage, at the 50km mark its 2:45, and at the 30km mark its a 2:00 lead.
Team Hummel now has every single rider out front, they must be looking for the opening stage this year. We reach 10km to go, and the pack is one, but we have random riders attacking, here is the leader with the other attackers and peleton behind.
Coming to the line we saw it was a break with 8km to go that would escape enough to take the win, and B. Sullivan of Team Philips takes the first win of the year!
Sunkist still had 2 riders sprint and keep up with the front of the peleton to finish in a very good position in our first race!
Even though we didn't bring home a win, we still look snazzy in that mountain jersey tomorrow!

Very decent start. And KoM already!
I really hope the breakaway thing's been fixed properly. Though it's strange they didn't mention it with the release of the pack |
