Well it's pretty clear the AI has the same schedule. They peak and drop in peak at the same time.
I noticed some classic riders peaking for San Sebastian doing a bit better in the last week, however, they don't suddenly show up at the front because their freshness is a lot lower than recuperated GC riders... So it works out pretty well actually.
Nibali did the Giro-Tour combi with no problems (1st - 3rd) |

I will start with Movistar when the official DB get released.
Meanwhile I´m with Caja Rural, the objectives are very difficult because basically, the team is made by stagliares and not of "Tour men", but i´m managing it okay, winning a stage in volta ao Algarve, and other in Vuelta a Mallorca with Cardoso...
And managing 2 top10 with Txurruka in Algarve and Mallorca.
His stats are too poor, he is better in the real life  |

to follow up on my march with SKY... as written earlier in this thread, the fourth in P-N and T-N, and seventh in MSR... Was quiet disappointing.
I have had a bit of success my last update(Not that my sponsers have noticed)..
The things to mention is a little spree from Edvard(BH)- my winninge
- Dwars door Vlaandern
- E3 Prijs Ha......
- Gent - Wevelgem
so no i am looking forward to "Ronde von Vlanderen", to see if the streak can continue..
And in vuelta cataluna, i got the columbian duo(Uran and Henao) both on the podium, but sadly enough, Contador was to strong and won the race.. i also took the green jersey and two stage wins for Ben Swift.
 but through this little success, i still need to win a stage race for a firsts.

I can only sign u23s which really isn't much of a problem since I must stay at extremely low budget for 3 years.

How do you guys plan the season?
- minor adjustments on the existing yearplan
- delete all goals of the riders and make it total new?
- delete all goals of the core riders and make it new
- ...
Im really struggeling every year with the plans, despite using community planers etc ... |

Hard to say. Last year the 2nd patch was only days after the first patch. But it could be longer as well.
Last year, the fifth and final patch (making the game quite playable) was released at the end of July.

Couple of lol's to share:
Following Sky in a one-off Vuelta i did a career for the Giro. Set high pace every hill and mountain stage with the goal of eliminating as many riders as possible (and winning). At the finish line on Stage 21 there 101 riders left in the race, with 6 Team Sky riders in the Top20. Froome won from Wiggins by a margin of 12'02, with Nibali a distant third over 18'00 down.
Garmin-Sharp managed to win Catalunya and Pais Vasco with Martin. Farrar came 3rd in GW.
AG2R managed to win Paris-Nice with Peraud, who then went on to finish 5th in Le Tour. Pozzo and Betancur both finished Top5 in the Giro. Betancur also podiumed all three Ardennes classics.

When do the races pay me for winning? I mean, the only money i´ve got in is the sponsor one. What the hell is happening in my career? Is it a bug? I don´t receive any money after races |

Not a bug. As written quite often already this is on purpose as the money goes to the riders in real. So nothing you would be able to pay the staff from etc.
Therefore the sponsor pays you 13 salaries instead of 12 and you have the chance to negotiate with the sponsor about the goals.

It's not a bug, it's just like real life. Money goes to rider's, not to teams.

Yes the cyclist get the money in real life. But also I think that staff member in IRL is in the budget or do they work for free I dont think so

I can't sign riders , because I have no sponsor, but I have contract with sky to 2016 |

Yeah thats a known bug.. It makes me angry that they release a game thats basically unplayable in career mode, after months of beta testing. |

Okey... in pcm2012 the races paid you and not the riders... so for me is still a bug because I cannot even pay my riders, how the hell can I improve my equipment, bring better riders, etc.

Equipment doesn't do anything and it really depends on which team you are. Sky an others have really enough money. |

Improving equipment is a waste of money, it doesn't have any effect, at least not in 3D mode.
But well, it's not a bug, since a bug would be an error in the game by accident. But I get your point, it's annoying that getting the money is really hard, and I agree

It is also very annoying that the objectives part of your riders can´t be modified during the season... I prefered the old, difficult plan way... |
