Oh, I recognise this game from somewhere...
I think it's Heras, but if it is not I bet on Scarponi.

sorry about the delay, imageshack is acting up.
I've covered up the sponsorhip, but this should still be easy. especially considering the helmet

nope, not flecha's brother
I've given a few hints:
1. the picture being a TT was not by chance
2. the helmet is quite distinctive
3. "four score and seven years ago"
new hint: ceky's last post before his posts in this thread. what thread were they in? (click ceky's name, you'll find a list of his recent posts in his profile)

finally
Abraham Olano
makes sense now doesn't it?
1. he was an unbelievably good time trialist. he once put a minute into Ullrich while he had a broken rib that would make him retire from a race days later. Ullrich was at his peak.
2. it's the Banesto TT helmet that looks so ridiculous
3. Abraham Lincoln
4. Olano won the 98 Vuelta

With all those hints, what do I score, 3 points? 2 points? 1 point?
And to my defence from 2000-2005 I only followed the Tour de France, Track Cycling and the 2005 Tour of Britain And from before that - I cant remember
