You start with the 18 year olds stats. The lower number is the base value. The higher number is the maximum value.
For each year over 18 you add 1 to each value.
Then you get 5 to add to any value you like, but you cant go over the maximum value of any one stat.
Hope that helps
Is there any regulations on the "other stats" (e.g. a maximim average/total sum of the 8 stats with 50-63?

@Atlantius
There is not, just a be realistic plea
@Pinktay
Time for maths
Lets take a Classics rider
His 18 year old stats are 65-67 COB - 63-65 HI - 65-67 FL - SP OR TT 62-64 - And all other stats from 50-63
The bold numbers are the Base Values. The normal numbers are the maximum values.
For each year over 18, add 1 to all numbers. So a 24 year old, add 6 to all numbers.
This gives you new base values of 71-73 COB - 69-71 HI - 71-73 FL - SP OR TT 68-70 - And all other stats from 56-69
Now you can have 5 points to add to any of the prescribed stats (not the 'all other stats'. You can spend these on any of those stats, but you can not exceed the maximum value on any of the stats.
Any clearer?

@francopell
2 riders, 1 must be U23
cant be in the same team as each other
so one can be in your team
shouldnt have picked Argentina then

Hello,
After lurking around for a while on the forums following stories and fantasy seasons, I thought it would be fun to join one myself, so here I am
Application:
Team Name: Bulgari - Inditex (BUL)
Title Sponsors: Bulgari , Inditex
Nationality: Spain
Prefer to be in CT division

Custom Cyclist:
Spoiler Name: Allan Grønborg
Age: 26
Nationality: Denmark (Midtjylland)
FL 75
MO 69
HI 75
TT 73
PRL 76
COB 63
SPR 68
ACC 70
DH 66
FTR 71
STA 70
RES 70
REC 70
And I see I was too slow to add Team abbreviation for Tulip - Guinness in my application. It is "TUG"
Edit: Allan has decided to retire as an active cyclist since he can't both be manager of Tulip - Guinness and ride for a rival team.
His son Heimdal will be taking his place in the peloton (please ignore the age difference ): https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_632422
