Time for maths
Lets take a Classics rider
His 18 year old stats are 65-67 COB - 63-65 HI - 65-67 FL - SP OR TT 62-64 - And all other stats from 50-63
The bold numbers are the Base Values. The normal numbers are the maximum values.
For each year over 18, add 1 to all numbers. So a 24 year old, add 6 to all numbers.
This gives you new base values of 71-73 COB - 69-71 HI - 71-73 FL - SP OR TT 68-70 - And all other stats from 56-69
Now you can have 5 points to add to any of the prescribed stats (not the 'all other stats' . You can spend these on any of those stats, but you can not exceed the maximum value on any of the stats.
Any clearer?
