Managers may now post the wages of their riders on their Team HQ threads.
An updated database could be available as early as this evening, containing the wages for all renewed riders.

Does this mean all teams are finished or are we waiting for someone?

In the renewals process we would receive a fairly big fine for being over the limit. How is it in the transferseason?
Can we be over the limit, as long as we will end under it by the time we finish? Just so I know what riders I can bid for from ground.
I don't have a lot of free wagecap, but I do have a couple of riders that I'm going to sell, and shouldn't have any problems selling. The only "problem" is that the deal takes some time to conceil, and by that time the riders I want from Free Agents might be gone.
So the simple question - Can I offer over the wage cap, if only I end below/on it at the end?

You can always be over the wage cap during the Transfers but when it ends you have to be under it.
When you are over it and the Transfer "season" is over you will loose your highest paid riders until you are under the cap like it was I guess with Heinekens team some seasons ago when he had to drop Wegmann because of this.

Yeah that was what I suspected also, but couldn't find it anywhere, and since there was now a fine for over"capping" your renewals, I though I'd better ask.

Theres always been a fine for going over in renewals - and its always been ok to be over during transfers with no consequence. As Rin has neatly summarised, the state of the cap at the end of transfers is what is most important.
