HSBC - MKB Bank ~ Pinktay3's Your Rider Team
sutty68
Nice to know that at last we have filled the Team Wink

fernando97
Fernando97, i need you riders Cob and Acc stats. Plus, your 76 Hil is too high

I already sent you the COB and ACC stats twice..... Frown I don't have time to do everything 3 times. For the Hill, then put it 75.

Pinktay3
Yes I know Fernando97, but when I restarted this I deleted all my PMs. Sorry.

Does 61 cob and 68 DH sound alright?

Pinktay3
Ok, just singed out final rider Grin He's been described as a Belgian Schelcks, but he can Time Trial Wink

Maxime Van Damme has been dubbed the biggest Belgian talent in pro cycling in recent years. Having won Tour de l'Avenir at age of 21 he stayed with a Continental team of admit other much more enticing offers. In that period he learned a lot and is now ready for the challenge, winning many stage races and classics on the Belgian soil he proved his talent and now took his chance to lead the team of HSBS Bank - MKB Bank Professional Cycling Team where'll he'll hope to take many great wins for the team.

Spoiler
This is the teams 'superstar' rider. He is Alakagom's, and i thought that if one of our guys wins the Tour, it may as well be an admins rider

canojuancho
Also, NO STATS ABOVE 78 for your speciality (i.e a climber can have 78 Mo, but nothing else) Obviously FTR and DH are exempt from this, but please select those stats to suit your rider.

Oh, yeah I know. I always planned to have 1 'superstar' rider who'd be higher than the limit. And I thought that seeing as I was compared to Cancellara in the other thread, that I'd get someone else to be that rider, and I asked Alakagom if he wanted to be my star rider

Pinktay3
Ok, I need a decision made, and seeing as they're your riders, I think you guys should make it.

I'm planning the season as we (or I, because you're all asleep Grin ) speak, and I'm not sure whether I have riders peaking for indivual races, like in real life, or whether I use Wrolbitz's CCC tactic and have 8 riders peak for 3 months at a time and have them race every race within that time span, then swap them over, so it would be more like group fitness, rather than rider fitness.

Which do you think?

I'm awake! (but have to go to school in a few minuits) I also follow(ed) Wroblitz's story, and i like his tactic. I think that's one of the best tactics

Goal Vuelta: Top 10

Yeah, they will most definately change. I just thought of them as a Conti team that want's participation in the World Tour, but i'll fix all my goals up when i do my sponsors intro (Which i already had half done, but then mum's ipad decided to crash and i lost is all)

it was more about the contradiction between the two GT

i prefer rider fitness, otherwise you may lose some interest from people who aren't involved until the last 3 months

Baggieboys, that's a good point. And on that I have decided to have individual riders target 2 main reces each and have them peak for those races.

Luigi, I see what you mean. That was just because of all the GT's the Vuelta is the easiest to gain a wild card to
