In my opinion I see John Isner as the best TT , David Ferrer as the best puncheur and Nadal as the best climber . Djokovic is a semi all-rounder , just like Federer , with good MO,TT,HIL,PRL,ACC . I see Roger the rider with the best REC in the game , while Nadal has the best stamina . Sprinter I have got no idea...maybe Monfils ?

Isner a TT because he is big and focuses on his strength ( speed serve ) . I would also see Raonic or Tomic smb like Sagan , Moser , very talented young riders .

Yeah but tomics attitude stinks so i dont like him much, plus hes not top 20 so he wont be in the team but raonic would have bad stats to start with but have high potentual |

I wouldn't make a Merckx, actually. It's the time of specialization, no rider can shine on all terrains. I'd make Federer like Cancellara, as said before.
It depends on how good you want them to be. But I'd start out the strongest riders at about 76 their highest stat, with potential 8, so that they can still grow over the years. |

The thing is, federer is 31, with his career already behind him, so his stats need to be fairly high, |

If you want a World Tour team, I propose you better have at least 26 riders, the closer to 30 the better, but 20 won't cut it, I think |

Oh yeah, that's true. Maybe make them all a bit younger? Or, if not, indeed a high starting stat, a bit like Cancellara, then? |

Right, then I'd say pretty high stats for the strong and old(er) while the younger players/riders should have a bit lower but a lot of potential |

Maybe he could be a young one, with a high potential for HILLS, I think that suits him. |
