It's the last stage of the Vuelta a Mallorca and Cobo just wants to make it through the stage without any problems.
Attack
A small break has gone but the peleton has not reacted considering the highest placed rider is 6 min down in the GC.
Caught
That break disbanded after only 10 k together, now Saunier-Duval starts to control the pack for Cobo.
Attack
A new break has gone containing 7 riders but once again no panic for the GC.
Bad news, Cobo has a -3, signaling weakness for the other GC riders.
Attack Cobo has had enough and attack on the last hill, he hopes to stay away from the other for 18 more k.
Caught
The peleton has upped the pace and brings back Cobo, but no worries as Ventoso looks to be able to settle a mass sprint if we can reel in the early break. They still have 1:30 over the peleton with 12 k to go.
Win
The early break held on and Galparsoro of Euskatel out sprinted Flores for the stage win.
But the fight is on to real in Carlos Barredo (look at the dark blue in front of the peleton), he has a 30 second deficet before the stage so the peleton is mad scrambling to catch him.
Finally Barredo did hold of the peleton but not by enough to take the GC, Juanjo Cobo has won the Vuelta a Mallorca.

"We all know that wasn't the real footage of the Worlds anyway. That was just the staged footage to perpetuate the coverup that it was actually Vinokourov that won the race."
The first stage of the Tour of California will come underway with a short 5 k prologue that suits riders like Fabian Cancellara, or Voigt, both of CSC and both are ready to start their season.
Our team working for Cobo again as Simoni and Ricco are a bit out of shape, we didn't bring a sprinter to this race so that Ventoso could rest for Paris-Nice.

It's the seconds stage of the Tour of California today and it seems like a good stage for sprinters, and even better if they can climb.
Attack
A 6 man break has formed containing Steurs, Sullivan, Pinfold, Edaleine, Carlstrom, and Kohl of Gerolsteiner.
They are starting to produce a big gap, and the peleton is taking notice.
Attack
A fresh attack has gone and contains Baguet, Murn, Eisel, Moniger, and Euser of Team Slipstream.
It seems like a bit of a dumb decision by T-Mobile to send what has to be one of the favorites for the sprint, Eisel in the break.
The two breaks have now joined each other creating an 12 man break, they are starting to become dangerous.
KOM
Bageut, Murn, and Eisel are the only ones to make it to the top ahead of the peleton, Voigt, Guerini, Cobo and Hagland make an attack for KOM points but only Voigt and Guerini get points aside from the early break survivors.
Caught
The break is caught like normal and the sprinters start to set-up.
Sprint
We send Ricco up to the front of the small peleton, most sprinters are to tired to contest.
Win Paolini takes it ahead of Moos, and Pozzato.
