It's now been confirmed.
That'll be one of those teams with a lot of really good riders, none of whom are quality enough to win anything of any relevance. A GB-Germany alliance does have a strong talent base to build off of, but unless they can steal some Sky guys or recruit at the top end outside those two nations, they'll be limited.
They'll presumably register under NetApp's license right, to keep their Pro-Cont status? |

You haven't seen anything yet. He has the potential to be a superstar.
Will he be one? Time will tell.
What kind of races did he win as an amateur? Time trials, which seems to be his strong point from what I've seen, or other sorts too?
I've had the impression that he was a Grabsch type of rider, but clearly he doesn't necessarily have to always be. I'd like to see him take another step.

They will have 20 riders, 8 from Endura. So I guess Voss + 7 more.

Came 4th in RvV U23 and 8th in PR U23. Plus, 4th overall in the Ronde l'Isard so he can climb a bit as well. |

Im hoping a few Brits make the cut. Mcevoy, Bibby, Thwaites and Russ Downing probably being the best bets there.

Liége-Bastogne-Liége U23 is his biggest win. Besides a bunch of french u-23 races, he also placed very high on RvVu23, Roubaixu23 and the Ronde de l'Isard which over 4 or 5 stages has as many mountains as this year's entire TdF

Voss + all brits (except for Tiernan-Locke) would exactly be 8, right?
Would be a nice team actually and hopefully they keep their best NetApp riders like Barta, Huzarski, Brändle, König etc. |

I can see the likes of Wetterhall, Mandri, Camano, Blain and Dempster all being in the mix for those 8 spots aswell though - as much as I would like all 7 Brits to be kept, I dont think it will happen

I really like both teams, but a fusion is not something I do. I like them seperate.
There are too many mergers in cycling nowadays

We'll see how it turns out. Who knows, maybe they'll be a perfect match. |

Speaking of Wetterhall, I recall him really being talked up a couple years back when CTT signed him as a Stagaire. Has he done anything notable for Endura. His CQ has a couple solid results (mostly in TTs), but how has he been doing domestically? |

I think i like the merger, as both teams have my sympathies and this can result in a fairly strong team, i will wait how the team will look. Hopefully Barta and König will be still part of the plan, however i would like to see König at the bigger team someday....

Mandri has said its not confirmed he will move to the new team. Considering he's certainly in top3 riders of the team, I guess they might take some strong riders and as many brits as they can,

Keisse has confirmed it on Twitter as if it is already true so yeah that sounds pretty definite.

Ridiculous. No coverage of any juniors or U23 event at the Worlds. At all. Nowhere.
