And Today it goes for the first Mountain Stage, It will be the difference today we will see clearly the real contenders, The finish at Hautacarn is a tough one but there is one Climb before.

Another Stage for Climbers but with a downhill finish will be tough with 2 HC first "Col du Soudet" and "Saint-jean-Pied-de-port" and a first Cat "Pic de Beuillerti"

Stage 8 Report:
Tom Jellte Slagter,Tony Martin,Johan Vansummeren, Fabian Wegmann,Bruno Pires,Anthony Rous was the composants of today's Breakaway. At 143 from the finish Lieuwe Westra and Mickael Albasini joined the group.They were caught far from the finish because Team HTC Columbia wanted to make the tempo and that how it finished all the attacks were neutralised even From Schleck,Nibali and Van Den Broeck, at 5 Km from the summit Tejay was alone with Nibali and Schleck who refused to relay.It was a final Sprint between 26 riders,And Hesjedal got the stage.

A Escape groupe was formed by Lieuwe Westra(Vac),Mauro Santombriogo(BMC),Arthur Vichot(FDJ),Sergio Pardilla(Saxobank),Brice Feuillu(arg),Bratislav Samoilau(Mov), The breakaway counted more than 10 minutes at 60 Km from the finish and was sur to win the stage.After the Second Cat Climb taked by Westra , Santambriogo was the first to give up than Brice Feuillu and Sergio Pardilla.At that Moment the trio Westra,Vichot,Samoilau counted 50 seconds to Pardilla.
