Hi there! Thanks for the effort of making the DB! It sounds awesome!
I have made a new career. And I see this when I try to buy new equipment? (see attached file) it looks broken with a pink square and it says I have everything purchased.
I installed both v7 and v8 to
E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2012
Have I done the correct thing?

The V9 of the PCM France DB is now avaible, this is maybe the last version of the DB.
For this version, not a lot of features, it's mainly graphic files, except there is a new DB who will enjoy you I hope, this DB has been made for Tour/Stage/Classique Mode, because the stats are not tighten, so your races will be more funny and you won't finish a mountain stage with 30 riders in the first group.

-Stats adjustement
-Adding of Warren Barguil and Eduardo Sepulveda

-Adding of podium pack
-Adding of two new minishirts (2012 template)
-Adding of a DB to be played in Tour Mode / Stage Mode / Classique Mod to don't have a group of 30 riders in the summit of big mountain race. [/spoiler]

Hello, sorry I didn't see your post.
No there is nothing wrong, you did it well, all equipments in the DB are free and unlocked, and yes they haven't a photo, because it's a lot of time to spend to make photos for equipments.

All equipment is invisible during the 3D race. Both bikes (and wheels) and the helmets are invisible. |

Same issue on my game as well, when trying to complete a 3D race the bikes aren't visible with the cyclists just suspended mid air.
Bought the game through steam not sure if that is part of the issue or not, any help is fixing this would be welcome  |
