To be honest, I hope Boogerd doesnt win. Whats the point of having a World Champion who doesnt race because he retired? Uhmm, Boogerd announced that if he became World Champion he would ride till LBL 2008. So what are you blabbering about?
*sigh* Another aggressive post from Ruben when he thinks one of his idols is being criticised.
I dont read every single tiny bit of news about Boogerd. Not that it matters, he won't win the worlds anyway. My point still stands though, whats the point of having a world champion who will retire in April of the next season. *sigh* It wasn;t critics, it wa t just an ignorant post by you, again. You know really less about cycling news. You should read more cyclingnews before putting up a reaction like that. And it was big news on all big cycling sites. So you can blame yourself for your ignorance. Not me. Arrogant twat you are.

The shame or being called arrogant by Mr. Arrogant himself.
Im fed up of how you attack anyone who says anything remotely bad about any dutch or rabobank rider.
Sure, I probably did read about Boogerd 'maybe bot retiring' in the thin chance of him winning. But I dont bother myself with remembering useless information.

Seems like no matter which forum I'm visiting, I always meet the same people agressing other people.
French selection :
ITT : Dimitri Champion (Bouygues Telecom), Benoît Vaugrenard (Française des Jeux).
RR : Sylvain Chavanel, Stéphane Augé & Amaël Moinard (Cofidis), Pierrick Fédrigo & Thomas Voeckler (Bouygues Telecom), Sandy Casar & Benoît Vaugrenard (Française des Jeux), Romain Feillu (Agritubel), Ludovic Turpin (AG2R).
Only surprise is Casar, who showed nothing after, nor before, his (poor) Tour de France. But he's one of the main French riders of the last couple of seasons, thus it's not illogical to find him here. I'm afraid the circuit will be too hard for Feillu.
Chavanel is having a good end of season, but his form is obviously going down day after day...

Didn't Casar ride a good first half in Paris Nice? Only to falter in the last stage I remember? |

This year ? I'm not sure, but you may be confusing him with Joly.

I checked on cyclingbase, he only did a top 20 (19th actually), in one stage, the one to Mende, with the famous climb to the airport in the end.
I didn't check Casar's full palmares this season, but I'm afraid he really did nothing good at all, except for his Tour de France stage win. :? |

Ah well, probably because he beat Merckx and Boogerd there. Even though both were/are in their last season and definately declining. |

I wouldnt be surprised if just winning a stage in the tour, regardless of who they beat, is enough to get a spot in the French WC team.

Yeah probably, it's also the reason why French databaseurs keep making Weening waaaay too good, because of that tour stage win. |

No, as a W. Or don't u use that letter in Spain? It's a bit confusing for me now.
Just like the word Why, that kind of W. So (Wheening) not to be confused with whining

I accidentally deleted the post you're referring to. okay, two things:
1. I'm about as spanish as you're german
2. as in the word "why" is what I meant as a 'U'. okay then. I'm enlightened.

1. Ok sorry, I allways thought you were a Spaniard
2. Aha ok. the PCM commentator is even more hilarious though. Pronouncing Weening as "Wiening" because he uses the american/english "ee" instead of the Dutch/German "ee"

The english commentator was saying Bereido when referring to Barredo. It sounded like Pereiro. They can't say 2 "rr"s. I don't know many languages who can. But Weening is easy to spell correctly, aber... Ich verstehe ein bisschen Deutsch, so that helps a little bit. |

I can, however russian letters are not supported here.
I'm sure you didn't mean SPELL though.
