Hey, that's PCM 11... Happens to everybody a lot.
I'd rather say this is narrow roads.. Don't know why the stagemaker made this with narrow roads, because it ruins the gameplay
I was young and needed the money..
You´re rich now...
Doing good for now....very good start in Calabria and Hutarovich did great too...keep it up.

I have a big problem. The save game has crashed and now I can't load it or any game. Is the only way to get it back to use the weekly save? Obviously if I do, I will have to start this race again which will be really annoying. Help! |

If you browse to your save, there is always a backup in the same location, but I'm not sure...

Well, I'm sorry about this but I had to load a weekly save which put me back six days (typical that it was the day before the next weekly save). This put me back at the end of San Luis. Because I had already played the first stage of Calabria and the results are obviously different, I'm afraid I'm just gonna have to sim it because I'm too annoyed to play Stage 1 again and write a whole new report. Then we'll get back into it in February after the January review.
There was nothing I could do about it, I just tried to advance a day and it crashed. Tried to use the backup but that was no good either. Sorry if you were really looking forward to the Giro della Calabria, so was I but that's PCM for you! |

If you change your crashed save by the other cdb next to it it works..
You just need to take that "wave"...

Latest News and Updates
Here's all the latest news and results from the world of cycling at the end of the first month of the season
Hushovd took a great win in Australia despite Petacchi being dominant in the sprints. Fedrigo won the first French race of the year in Marseille and Arroyo led a Movistar 1-2 ahead of Plaza in Malaysia. In Calabria, Marcato beat Grega Bole by just 20 seconds.
No surprises on the rider of the month but the young award went to Skoda - Orlen's Pliuschin who had a great Tour de San Luis

Here is the February news bulletin from Skoda - Orlen Professional Cycling Team:
Well, first of all, welcome to our first newsletter, we hope you enjoy the read. What a start to the team's life it was in Argentina as we mixed it with the big boys of Movistar. Two stage wins and a whole load of top tens, including third in GC and the KOM jersey made the long trip very worthwhile.
Robert Kiserlovski took the team's first ever win in Argentina
Another group of eight riders were in Italy and did very well. Bole winning stage three and finishing just behind Marcato in second overall.

February Race Preview
This month starts out in Italy for the one day race, GP Costa degli Etruschi and the next day the focus will switch to the Middle East for the sprinter oriented Tour of Qatar. After a short break, the team is back in action for the Trofeo Laigueglia and the Giro di Sardegna. Then, at the end of the month, three one day races round February out. Two in Switzerland, Gp dell'Insubria- Lugano and the GP di Lugano and one in Sardinia, the Clasica Sarda Sassari-Cagliari will see the team aiming for success.
The Future
Our terrific network of scouts based all over Eastern Europe are already bringing in reports of promising riders. Our man in Ukraine has found somebody that he feels could be a future great of the sport. Whilst in Slovenia, we believe we have found a promising sprinter. More news on that when we have it.
And Finally...
We are pleased to announce that our manager brewers90 has been chosen to take charge of the Polish national team at the World Championships in the Netherlands in September. We wish him the best on what is a very tough route and Sylwester Szymd has already publicly backed him as the right man for the job.
See you on the roads in February,

Now we move on to the team's first ever one day race, the GP Costa degli Etruschi held near the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea in West Italy. The race is very hilly at the start and takes in some pretty tough climbs, but the run in is very flat and should end in a sprint. We have the same eight riders taking part here that took part in the Giro della Calabria, so we will be hoping to get Bole in a good position for the expected sprint finish. Der and Mihaylov will be looking to get in the breakaway again whilst Kocjan will be Bole's right hand man and leadout.

GP Costa degli Etruschi Report
There is only one goal here; win. Let's see what we can do.
The first rider to attack was our rider, Mihaylov, who quickly pulled out a two - minute advantage on the first difficult climb
After the climb, eight more riders joined Mihaylov, including Der, G. Caruso, Furlan and another Bulgarian Yovchev. There can't have been too many occasions where there were two Bulgarians in a BOTD!
Halfway through the stage, the breakaway had a seven minute lead and was looking good. Everybody was working except Katusha's Caruso
Then disaster struck for Acqua & Sapone, as their leader, and one of the race favourites, Napolitano crashed. He got back on, but, unbelievably, nobody went back to help him, and he finished twelve minutes down. Great news for Bole
It wasn't long until Farnese Vini, with a bit of help from Katusha, hit the front and started to pull back the breakaway. They survived until 12km to go. A shame for Der and Mihaylov
Now, focus switched to the sprint, and because none of our riders had had to do anything during the day, they were very fresh, and made a phenomenal leadout for Bole
In the end, Bole had no rivals as Kocjan let him go with fully 800m to go and he romped to an easy victory. Gatto was nowhere to be seen at the end. A superb team performance

Team Summary
What can I say about today other than perfect. We got the two guys in to the breakaway, which meant the other guys could just relax in the peloton. All five of the other riders did a great leadout for Bole and he was never going to lose from there. Let's hope this form continues for the rest of the races in Europe. First, though, off to Qatar.

@baia and sutty, thanks, that sort of race is always gonna be a good one for Bole. He is gonna be absolutely key for us this year, especially in Italian races.
I do believe that's the first banana of the thread aswell. Must be a good sign |

We now move on to Asia for the Tour of Qatar. This six stage race may not be the most exciting on the calendar, but with five sprint stages, it is one for the fans of bunch sprints. The first stage is a very short prologue but the winner will almost certainly be the quickest sprinter. We arrive in the Middle East with our two quickest men, Hutarovich and Bozic, the latter starting his season here. There are a lot of decent sprinters and strong teams but we will certainly be doing our best to place one of these two sprinters in the top five every day.
