I flicked from post 1 to the final post without reading the rest.
I love how far from the original it's gone.
It's all been covered, from youngest member, how vital computers are to Infant Mortality.

It's too late to nominate this as the best thread for the Awards, right?

I do not agree that you could have an "alternative" to the computer that would perform the same tasks without it being a computer. If such a device had existed it would most likely be able to be used for the same things that we use a computer for today.
I didn't say it'd perform the same tasks.

On a side note: I took some days off from the computers, consoles, mobile-phones, Internet and the like and built an mechanical pinball machine. It was fun but I almost drilled a hole in my finger with a Dremel. So, surely it is more save to live online. |

I will never forget the day a thread simply about who was the youngest member on this forum slowly turned into a highly intelligent discussion regarding human devlopment and behaviour, changing it's name 3 times on the way there.
Good job to all involved.

Almost a year has passed since this thread was started, it feels like it was much more recently, though
So you're 13 now, aren't you, Maxime?

I'm actually 1534 years old, some kind of medical experiment in the old days. |

He does not post here much, that is to day I believe he only does so when PPDB forums are not working, but Talleyrand could almost be sutty's dad if sutty is 44. |

Then i should be the 2nd older: 30
About computers, i only had my first pc at 23 after i graduate and started to work. Nowadays a 8 year old can post a video on youtube. But i might say that i got my "cycling culture" from Pro Cycling Manager. Before i only saw mountain stages on Tour and sometimes Volta a Portugal. After PCM i know the name of riders and teams on WT and a lot of the Continental ones, and i'm always looking to know if there will be a broadcast on the next cycling race! |
