I dont understand..why he keep on riding n that tour
Even Gesink himself doesn't know why.
He said he will go maximum again tomorrow: "Because that way I'll be faster in Paris. I just want it to be over with".
He has his head already at Tour of Colorado and Quebec/Montreal and the other autumn classics.
So no Vuelta then?

No. Rabobank said 2 days ago his program will be rest - Tour of Colorado and he really wants to defend title in Montreal. And then again Emilia. (and try Lombardy) |

Tour of Colorado, is that the USA Pro Challenge? Better start the high altitude training early for that one.

I think it is possible that Andy has enough time on Cadel already. I am a big Evans fan but think he may have lost it today by letting Andy go. He did a great job to claw it back and I hope he can grab some time on this stage but I think it is just beyond him now.
He's only a minute ahead, if he doesn't gain time today it should be very close on the ITT, but I think Evans will just have his measure. |

EBH will attack at the very moment that Prudhomme waves his flag and leave the others behind one by one, including all Danes, Frenchmen, Luxembourgians and Britons before Dag Otto Lauritzen, Christian Paasche and Johan Kaggestad will have heart attacks as he crosses the line 5 minutes before everybody else.
Schleck will crack on the Galibier, the whole team except Frankie drops down to help him, he will veer from side to side with his teammates metres ahead while he uses his desperate breath to shout "va t'en" to the cameraman.
Voeckler and Rolland will cling onto the wheel of Evans, (who has given up after attacking hundreds and hundreds of times up the Alpe without dropping the Frenchies) and crossing the line with a big grin on their faces, before entering the Contrôle Anti-Dopage-bus to deliver blood and urin full of EPO and other stuff.
Schleck will not make the time limit, along with the whole Leopard team except Frank. After the finish, he is in tears and crying like a little baby because the others made a too hard pace
Is this what is going to happen? Hope at leas part of it will....
I think I can give you odds of a million to one on that. |

I hope you're right, but this one is going to be very close, just as the tour should be. |

I don't think you guys should discount Danny Pate so soon. He hasn't been seen on the front in a while, perhaps saving energy for tomorrow? Don't forget he has nearly won a mountain stage before...

If Evans stays on the same time as Andy at the end of the day (50 odd seconds off), this tour will be closer than 1989. I'll be the first to guess Schleck (unfortunately) to win the tour by 3 seconds |

Andy or Fränk will win this one. Andy should gain some time for Evans and time trial. |

Samu needs to forget about that 8th place in GC and needs to get 30 points at Telegraph and Galibier. So he should attack early to win Polka Dot.
He'll have Vanendert on his wheel immediately if he tries.
So? Even if Vanendert will be second on both climbs, but Sacnhez 1st, Samu still will be ahead of Vanendert.
I didn't say that Vanendert was going to be second on both climbs. There is a good chance that he beats Sánchez on them.
I can bet all my PCM$, that Sanchez will be ahead of Vanendert on first two climbs of tomorrows stage.
Deal! |

After yesterdays stage? Is Andy some robot? Do you remember what happened to DiLuca on Mortirolo in Giro 2008 after pretty similar attack in previous stage. |

Andy was alone on the last climb, but was protected during pretty much the rest of the breakaway. I don't think any other of the favourites had a good time on the last climb either, so I doubt that he's that much weaker than the rest.
This is a day for Frank, though. |

Of course Evans and Voeckler maybe will crack today. And to me Frank is very dangerous. At the start of the tour I believed in Mr.Ruben and wrote off Frank, but after yesterday I start to believe that he can actually make a big suprise today. |

The schlecks will have to attack today for sure! I assume that they will try to attack with Frank in the beginning of the alpe d'huez and then send andy later on to gain time on cadel as well.. |
