Klöden with big problems yesterday.
He tried to ride a bit on the rest day, but wasn`t able to stay on the bike and has problems to go full power with the right leg. So he had to stop after 30min.
Doesn`t sound too promising for the next days.
He says it`s some kind of a miracle that he can continue as he crashed toegether with Vino into the forest and all other 6 riders, who crashed with them had to abandon.

Even triying to be funny how can they say the vehicle could've been hired by Europcar? No point :
-He wasn't going for stage victory, Thomas wanted the yellow jersey with as much lead as possible, loosing two riders in the break didn't help him (specially Hoogerland who, unlike LLSanchez, did take turns in front)
-When you watch the video of the crash Voeckler was very close to go down to, flecha litteraly fell on his heals...
Weird point of view...

Don't be so stiff. This blog publicates daily banter articles... It's astonishing you didn't see the difference..

It takes 50 picoseconds to notice the article isn't serious.

"The driver is kicked off the race and loses her licence."
That explains everything!
I really hope Hoogerland have recovered well and that he find motivation to defend his KoM jersey. Cavendish will probably win today's stage...

Will Cavendish survive the hill?
Gesink looks much better today, and on contrary to what Letour.fr reports, has not fallen according to rabobank. |
