Love the grand tour of California. Out of the fantasy realm I think these could make for 1 or 2 great variants to the current tour of california for the next release of the PCM DB. I am going to add it to mine. Stages 2, 5, 6, 7, 14, 19, 20 and 21 look about right. Geographically there is some logic and it is similar in the challenge of the route prior to this year when it wasn't as selective.
Will have to decide if I want to use some of the harder stages to make a tougher edition. Thanks for the work. |

ASO have put together a great stage for next years Tour. 140 km between Albertville and La Toussuire with 3 big mountains.

Hi Johan!
Great stage, really! I like it a lot. Only one thing:
Is it possible that you could fix a bug at the beginning of La Madeleine? There is a curve where the road is under the land. If you fix that I will say that the stage is near perfection.
I'll wait for your news about that and of course, your new stages!

A new fantasy stage. The stage goes from the city of Fuji trough a hilly terrain before the riders go up and down along the holy mountain Mt. Fuji. The last climb has sections up to 20% and is the same climb used in Tour of Japan.

The World Championships in 2012 is held in the Limburg region in Netherlands and starts in Maastricht. Before the riders enter the usual criterium they ride 100 km around Limburg. The criterium is the same used for the WC in 1998. GP Phillipe Gilbert finish 1,7 km after the well known climb, Cauberg. The time trail have the same finish as the road race.
