Aroda, when are they going to release the title-update?
And what about a solution to make the game realname by myself? |

What do you mean by "title update"? |

Flat stages are not that fun to play, that's true, specially the first part of the stage, but that is true to TDF in real life too. We are working on improving that part on the title-update.

Each stage takes about 45min-1hr depending onthe importance of the stage. You press the sprint button (x on PS3) to start the sprint and then you just have to mash that same button for however long the sprint takes
I won 2 stages with Freire so far and I'm 2nd in points, only because he did terrible at sprints when I was controlling another rider. But then again, I guess most of the other sprinters lost too much energy while going uphill 1-2 km before the finishing line. Great stages so far, should be fun to watch on tv, just like the "flat" stages in Tour de Suisse with interesting finishes.
Oh, and the geame really is a lot of fun so far, I must admit (and my hopes weren't too high). Anyone else love going downhill? I did manage to crash when not paying attention for a couple seconds but managed to catch up with the peloton again on the way down.
edit: by the way, it's Schlock, not Schlick. And Evins.
I love going downhill too. I got dropped on that climb before Super-Besse and went 80kph to catch back up (with Wiggins ). Great fun although it is impossible to win anything with Team Sky even though Eddy Boss had the yellow jersey for 5 days.
On my game, it's Frank Schlack and Andy Schlick. And Cadel Evens. I guess it varies on different copies. |

I hope they will fix also the sprinting of riders who you don't control!
And the TT helmets!

Hmmm, I won 2 stages with Gesink so far. And 2 more with Freire (1 without controlling him): I sent him attacking for a sprint because I wanted him to get some points. Well, sim started 1km after the sprint so he just went for it (I told him to wait for me, guess he didn't feel like it). He caught up with the botd during sim and won in the end. That makes 6 wins out of 12, sometimes seems to be a bit too easy to win with gold riders (top 5 sprinters, climbers, tt).
Not quite sure whether I like that adjusting the difficulty of the game is only possible by selection of team/riders you control.
Eddy had the maillot jaune for about 5 days in my TDF too.
Just did stage 13 Pau > Lourdes: So much fun! On the climb to Col d'Aubisque I ordered LL Sanchez to lead with 90 which lead to the peloton completely breaking apart. When he got tired, there were about 10 riders left, so I took the lead and they just dropped back one be one. On the peak, there were just Contador, Samuel Sanchez and me (Gesink) left. Sanchez and Gesink attacked during downhill-sim and had a lead of about 30 sec to Contador and Rodriguez (maillot jaune). When playing again, Sanchez attacked, I managed to catch up but I guess it cost too much energy so Contador slowly kept coming closer and with about 5km to go caught up with us. I tried to attack with about 2km to go but didn't make it so Sanchez won the sprint with Contador coming in 2nd and Gesink 3rd, all the other gc-contenders reached finishing line 38" later.
GC right now:
1. Rodriguez
2. Samuel Sanchez 17"
3. Gesink 22"
4. Scarponi 2"07
5. Evans 2"44
6. Basso 3"10
7. Vinokourov 3"19
8. Contador 3"31
9. Nibali 3"40
10. Kreuziger 3"52
...
16. A. Schleck 5"18
Contador and Schleck lost 3 min in stage 12 where my attack took them by surprise I guess and Schleck lost another 2 min in TTT.
Polka-Dot:
1. Gesink 42
2. S. Sanchez 40
Green:
1. Freire 227
2. Bennati 211 |

Tondo's doing pretty well in my TDF.
Weird that he's not in PCM but they left him in this game.
Freire is a beast in the game aswell. He has the green jersey at the moment. Nobody can beat him. I haven't won a stage yet, third is my best. In the first stage with Gerrans |

There we go again, in order for Freire to do any good at the sprint I had to tell him to attack, immediately stopped the attack after sprint and told him to wait for me. Unfortunately, he still had about 10 sec to the peloton when sim started so he tried to catch up with the front again. Cavendish was sprintig too and went for the break together with Freire. And we're talking about the stage to Plateau de Beille here! That really should be fixed as it's rather annoying and unrealistic. |

Just finished my first Tour. Choosing difficulty by deciding whether you want to take a strong or weak team is ok for me because I don't really care that much, but then again, usually people have their favorite team they'd like to control.
Rabobank (intermediate) probably is too easy for anyone who's been playing a lot of PCM:
- Freire won the green jersey and 5 stages
- Gesink won GC (3'40" ahead of S.Sanchez, 4'22" ahead of Rodriguez), Polka Dot and 4 stages (plus 1 2nd place and 2 3rd places) |

Another thing for a patch is a way to set diffculty. So that you can choose Easy, Normal or Hard! |

Definitely. Just finished TTT in 5th place. With Cofidis, which is rather ridiculous although it might make it a bit easier for me to reach top 10 with Taaramäe. We'll see, once I reach the mountains. And I really wish there was some kind of option to skip "boring" sections in stages. |

well i dont mind those sections, should however be a simulation part, but this is the first game.
and like with CYM 1 it needs time to get better, but im having a lot of fun.
Stage 6 in my game was great fun, im Saur Sojasun ;D and i was 3 sec behind Kroen when i was closes to him, attacked with 800 meters to go ;D but with 200 meters left the peleton caught me, i was Coppel ;D

Yeah, that's what I meant. I think. Something like an option when you're playing to simulate the rest of the "blue" section would be nice (or to completely sim it).
Had a couple stages with the peloton catching up to the last one from the break on the last km so far, too.
Stage 3 now, I was on the break with Duque (forgot who was with me) got caught with around 8km left and could just not keep up with the riders pacing past me so I was falling back in the peloton until I noticed the peloton was split up in about 5 groups. Probably because the speed of sprinter teams was so high and there were some strong winds. So I had to fall back even further and try to help Taaramäe not loose too much time. That was unexpected but fun too.
