I actually think Nordhaug can go for a top 20 and maybe a stage win. Stage 5, 6, 10 and especially 11, 17, 18 are perfect for him.
Stage win yeah. I dobut GC - After Lofkvist I would think either Cioni due to good results or Possoni would be protected riders. But I guess we will see

Why do not Europcar, FDJ and Cofidis participate? They are important for the race as they light up every stage with breakaways... |

He won't have any chance at doing a top 20 overall with his current health. I think he would have difficulty on it in top shape too, after all, he isn't that class, and we haven't seen him in a three week tour yet. I hope he tries to save some power on the hardest stages, being as fit as possible on stage(s) he hopes to be in a successful breakaway.
And he will most likely loose minutes today.... |

The Tour has guys holding the bikes up before the riders set off in a TTT, but at the Giro its beautiful women. Just another thing thats better.
Go Androni.

Not much better for Astana.
Lotto 21:21
Androni 21:38
Astana 21:49
Katusha 22:03
Maybe most surprising time, Rujano & Co. already gaining seconds on Kreuziger and Rodriguez.

The Norwegians just decided to end the Giro transmission to show some handball instead... Never liked that country.
