Team Rapha Condor - Sharp: 2013 = end of the story
BikeRoel
damn it that phinney fall he is your only chance to win isn't he?

Alakagom
Bad luck with Phinney had a good chance at the TT. But it wasn't a tour for Phinney @BikeRoel one the hilly and moutains stage he would go caput.

Could you please post the your team starlist before every tour ? So far I know only two riders from your squad for the Volta o Algarve Pfft

Thanks Wink

And now we see the true leader. Porte should do rather well here with long TT, as well the moutain stage isn't that hard. Top 3/5 the target ? Also i wouldnt discount Thomas, as i said mountain stage isn't really that hard so he should keep himslef in the field. Anyway good luck Smile Really enjoying the story !

Thats nice to hear! Our goal is top 5. Benitez seems hard to beat since he got an 1'30 second big gap to the bunch and he is a good climber. I will post the last stages later today sp stay tuned...

@ roturn. Thats true, but I need strong riders Wink I am going to skip the GT's this year. You don't get any CT points and your riders only get tired. However Porte will be in top shape for the Tour of California and Tour of Austria! Grin

CT points don't matter at all to your promotion to the Pro Tour. Two top Continental teams from the CQ Rankings are given two spots in Pro Tour. And most CQ points are available at the Pro Tour Events. Even when you win CT ranking, it doesn't give you anything.

@ Alakagom: Didn't knew about that. However it is to late to send a wild card to Giro or the Tour by now and I will probably skip the VUelta as well because of the Tour of Britain.

February Rankings:

CT Individual:
img641.imageshack.us/img641/5697/pcm0027l.jpg

After three victories (1, stage Tour of Isle, 1 stage Vuelta ao Algarve and Gp di Lugano) Ben Hermans leads the Continental Tour.

CT Team:
img861.imageshack.us/img861/7141/pcm0028y.jpg

After a fantastic season start Rapha leads in front of two french teams, Ag2r and Europcar.

CQ Team:

UK rules the world of cycling. Sky leads the CQ Ranking a few point ahead of Rapha. Europcar and Ag2r are close...

With one cobbled stage Geraint Thomas is our leader. All stages are flat road stages. A sprinter who can handle the cobbles good will win, or maybe a breakaway will get a huge gap and take the GC?

Rapha Leader: Ben Hermans

The race:
img90.imageshack.us/img90/2118/6197bparcoursgrand.jpg

img827.imageshack.us/img827/8769/pcm0010h.jpg
Cameron Meyer attacked from the start. As usual he was also caught and at the nd of the day he finished 75th, 5 minutes behind the winner.

img815.imageshack.us/img815/5278/pcm0011k.jpg
Ag2r - LA Mondiale paced hard in the bunch. It seemed like the bunch were going to split but nothing happend. And Hermans decide to wait for the sprint.

img6.imageshack.us/img6/7512/pcm0012i.jpg
With 5 kms to go, Danilo di Luca made the first atack since Cameron Meyer attacked at the start. Lampre and Ag2r chased him down and Starde Bianche ended in a bunch sprint.

img864.imageshack.us/img864/9241/pcm0013.jpg
The Rapha Leadout failed in the last steep hill and Hermans got stuck in the middle of the bunch. However, Hermans made a good sprint and finished 8th while Stefan Schumacher (Miche - Guerciotti) won the race.
