SN,
As a lot of people are requesting hybrids could I possibly add mix and match 4 Australians and 2 Kiwis?
This is for Red Bull obviously |

Should there be room, Mercedes-Benz would like to sponsor an Iranian team.

Knowing Portugal isn't the biggest country riders wise, Lipton Ice Tea chooses Portugal and Kazakhstan, if possiblee.

Thats also fine, so theres just 1 spot left and all 24 places are filled. I might make a test at some point to see if its possible to have 25 places though - PCM either has a max of 25 or 26 teams, or 200 riders, so if it likes 26, we can have 25 AI teams alongside the Control.

Is there a list which we choose from or we chose whatever we like from the database?
If the second, only free agents and riders with <23?

YOB: 1988 or later - use the Excel DB
Can be Free Agents or Stagiares of yours
As you chose Portugal and Kazakhstan, at least 4 of your riders must be from either Portugal or Kazakhstan - so in your instance, you cannot choose all 3 of your stagiares. If you pick 0 stagiares, then all your riders should be either Portugese or Kazakhstani.
And as I mentioned to you in the PM, 3 teams chose Portugal so you need to list in order of priority your preferred Portugese riders - as chances are you wont get all your top Portugese choices.

Right then an update.
The following teams have sent me PMs and their 6 riders are confirmed:
Bacardi
El-Al
Falcon
Milka
Pendletons
Pokerstars
Quiksilver
Red Bull
Santander
Sony Ericsson
Telenor
Tinkoff
Wikipedia
Yamaha
YouTube
Litpon, Pearl Adidas, Jack Wolfskin - Teams guaranteed, just waiting on entries from other managers
Festina, UBS - Teams guaranteed, but waiting for clarifications.
Domina Vacanze - Yet to receive satisfactory PM entry
Philips, Nespresso, Cillit Bang - Yet to receive any PM entry
So youll note that thats 20 guaranteed teams, and 4 'pending'.
So, Im opening this back up.
Any manager who doesnt yet have an U23 team - whether they have 2 main teams or not - can bid for the final 4 slots, on a first come first serve basis. Just send me a list of 6 riders, that follow the qualification criteria listed in the topic. And if you PM me before any of the 4 'pending' teams, who have had a good 10 days already to select, then youll replace them in the U23 division.
