Goss won't make it to the finish with the front group, in the very unlikely event that it's a small bunch sprint. My money is on either Cancellara or Gilbert.
Boasson Hagen isn't strong enough yet to sit with the "best group". My bet is on Hushovd. They spooke with Gino Van Odeenhoven(?) on Eurosport Norway today. And he said that the route reminded him of Madrid and when Boonen won.
Umm I think EBH can stay with the big group fine, Cav, Farrar, Greipel can stay with the big group (likely) why not EBH?
Also I think Tuft, Hesjedal and Rollin (or whoever the canadians send) will break away with 15km left and form a 3-man TTT to the finish line where no one will catch them and Rollin will win. (How's that for nationalism hilllis91? )
Well, after getting everybody on my neck over the recent weeks for protecting Hushovd () I've found out that it's time to be more objective. EBH is allways struggeling in the long one day's races, except when he is not a pre-race favorite. He has never won the Norwegian NC (RR) because he cracks at the end. In a few years he will be able to be among the best. But in the coming years, Hushovd is more likely to do well(top 3) in a WC. IMO
But ofc i would love to see Kristoff, Hushovd and EBH take the 3 first places in a mass sprint
EDIT: BTW, loving your natonalism Reminds me of myself a few days ago. Haha.

In being more objective I find you have to look past riders that are from the same nation as you. I remember my idiocity during stage 3 of the Tour. But I have now learned (atleast a little) that Hesjedal will own them all one day and that will be that. I won't complain when he loses the stage to a moped rider and wheelsucker (just a joke) nor will I rub it in everyone's faces when he wins the 2 Canadian Classics.
I mean ermm........ how about Gilbert ehh. Fine Vuelta he's havin'. |

Gilbert is n°1 favourite for me. But if Italy or Spain retains so close the race my favourite become Freire. |

Gilbert stated in an interview with Sporza that he aint good enough yet, considering he was left behind by the peloton in second stage, and had a hard time to remain in the peloton in third stage. (On the penultimate hills) |

Eisel out of Worlds. I assume the Austrian team will name a replacement. |

Misread the article, he might still go, and if he doesn't Roreggher (can't be bothered to spell it correctly), will go. |

Rohregger (the correct spelling), is a far better climber than Eisel, but might just be the worst sprinter in the ProTour peloton.
A definite loss for the Austrians if Eisel cannot go.

Of course, but mr.R () can bring a whole new aspect to tactics because of his climbing skills. Just a thought.

But Eisel is the only Austrian rider with a shot in hell of winning. |

I think Gilbert will be the main favourite! Pozzato is also one of the biggest favourites in my eyes and he's got to do something soon because his season has been poor! |
