By the way, if Crouch is Jesus, Bale is god.
I request you always refer to Jesus as "Supposedly magic Jew," and God as "Supposedly magic Jew's even more magic Dad."
Also - nice work by Tottenham.

My point was that FCK should be leading the match by 5-0 at this point.
Besides, if you want to compare club football, feel free to check the results in Europe for Norwegian and Danish football over the past 5 years.
My point was that Rosenborg should have beaten FCK with 4 goals in Trondheim, and please check the results in the past 20 years in Europe for Norwegian and Danish football, then come back and report it in another thread. |

And let's go 70 years back...
What's your point? Historically, Norwegians clubs may have been better - but now? No way.
I didn't see the first match (I was enjoying a great vacation in Portugal), but if we're going by that (should have beaten with X goals), how many goals do you reckon that FCK should have won with today?
Also, I'm not judging the strength of two countries' football teams based on two matches. I simply check the teams' performances over the past five years. Feel free to go further back, but that won't give you an idea of the current strength. |

The point about looking back 5 years is that, that is how long UEFA looks back when they make coefficient list, that determinates how many teams a country should get into European tournaments. And that is so short time ago so that it is still representative of the countries clubs actual strength.
But if we look back 20 years then we could conclude that Denmark's national team is one of the very top teams in Europe, which they are not. |

Today:
Rosenborg played a terrible first half, no doubt. Second half, saw only the last 25 min, but they stood up and looked better partly because of FCK playing it more safe.
Based on what i saw i think FCK should have won 4-1. |

What about the rest of the arguments? Are you denying that Danish football is better than Norwegian (in current time, not 20-100 years ago). |

I resent your omission of the word supposedly. I shall be seeing you in court where you can justify such a claim

Anyway, I know that Norwegians will always think that they're the best, so to get back on topic, here's the results of the other games (bold = through to CL):
Ajax Amsterdam 2 - 1 Dynamo Kyiv
Auxerre 2 - 0 Zenit St. Petersburg
FC Copenhagen 1 - 0 Rosenborg
Tottenham H. 4 - 0 Young Boys Bern
Zilina 1 - 0 Sparta Prague |

I thought it was a bit weird only taking the last 5 years in Europe, where Norwegian football have done not to good apart from 2006 with RBK, so i thought if you could extend that list to 10 more years (just an example), when both Rosenborg and Molde did exceptionally well from 1994-2003.
And i am not denying that Danish football currently stands above the Norwegian football, in both economy and quality. |

You do realize that 2003 is seven years ago, right?
The UEFA coefficient is based on the past five years. There's a reason for that |
